I started using the new MacBook/safari and the pdf files stopped downloading, maybe somebody knows what should I do? 

Recently, there have been users that could not access boards to which they have had access previously.  When the board is shared with them again, they are able to access and contribute as normal.  Any idea why they may periodically have trouble accessing a board, resulting it the need to have the board re-shared with them?  

Hey, I have a problem regarding webpage loading on one of my company accounts on Google after installing Miro extension on Google Drive. On other Google accounts and on desktop app everything is working fine.On company profile i see blank page after pressing “Go to dashboard” button on main page. Direct links to my dashboard are not working as well.Any possible solutions?

Hello,I do not have access to my board.It always comes the error message that I have to make an access request to the owner, although I am the owner. When I then make the request, the message comes that it has been sent, but shortly after that the error message appears that the board is deleted. But in my dashboard this is no longer preserved and can not be restored.

Hey everyone. I noticed that if I want to post my board in Miroverse, I need to use one of my boards. Since I’m on a free plan now, I have only 3 boards left. Isn’t this a barrier for Miroverse to grow even larger? For example, Notion creators don’t need any paid plan to start a full business as solopreneurs. I’m wondering if there’s any “creator” plan or if all creators need to be subscribed. I make secure websites for virtual events which users must login to to use. Multiple clients are asking if we can but a whiteboard on a page, something like jamboard, Mural, Miro etc.. so they can do a brain storming session or whatever. I can do this with Miro embed easily… Just embed it and make it publicly accesiable to anyone with the link. Winner.However; If someone got that embed code, copied it and posted it elsewhere, in theory ANYONE could join. Normally that’s such a small concern id ignore it, however my clients are security conscious in the extreme. So i would have to use the enterprise account to domain lock where the iframe will show. which again is fine, if expensive for what I need.So i was wondering (other than the above enterprise ‘domain locking’ option) is there anyone who knows if I can embed the whiteboard in a way that will let users logged into my the site access the board without them having to login or create miro accounts.The reason I dont want them to have t

How to have more options in the menu of different font sizes. It changes from 80 to 144. I would like to have intermediate options in the sizes menu so I dont need to change it manually once and again. 

I need help!I accidentally deleted a team profile not realising it would delete some personal boards I had on there. I thought I was under an education plan. This hadn’t been active for 2 years yet but it seems like somewhere in the mix I was on a free plan which doesn’t sound right to me. I need to restore the team so I can get the boards I need back. Can anyone help?I’ve applied to go back on an education plan just in case. The boards were not backed up.

My company was acquired about a year ago by a bigger company. Both companies have Miro accounts. For now we’re keeping our Miro accounts separate. However this means that I have two Miro logins and I have to constantly login and logout in order to jump back and forth between the two accounts with different email addresses. Is there a way to be logged in on both accounts at the same time and easily switch back and forth?

Hi All, Something’s not working the way I am expecting it to. I have a Miro account and an educational team within it. In our university’s Microsoft Teams there is an app for Miro. If I try to use this, the app prompts me for my Miro username/email, I enter this but then it seems to want me to setup a new password and account. Hi, I’m using a table for my roadmap board and I’m looking for a way span cards across multiple columns. When I try to resize a card, the column resizes with it. I don’t want to merge cells, I only want specific cards to span across more than one column. Is it currently possible? Cheers!

Every single time I have a meeting where I am forced to use Miro I get extra frustrated by the splash screen that pops up as soon as I log in. I do not care about new features I just want to get the job done. It would be nice if I could click a reasonably big button if I am interested in the information in the changelog. Instead I’m denied entry to the board in order for Miro to show me this:I’ve looked around for a setting to turn this feature off, but I haven’t found a way out. Since I use Miro once or twice a month it seems like there is always something new I have to learn about. Leaving me stressed out that I might be missing important information that others can see in the meeting. Does anyone know a way out of this frustration every time I need to use this app? I could not find a way to submit a ticket to the Miro team, so alternatively if somebody knows how to get this across to the team I’d be very happy. 

I know its possible to embed video from video services like YouTube and Vimeo but for security reasons thats not always a good option for a company. i.e. the content is sensitive. Is it possible to embed video from internal network location?Cheers.

My colleagues and I love Miro and use it quite often. We are considering our move back to the office and were wondering how well does Miro work with smart screens (DTEN D7 and Samsung flip board). Any experiences or comments?

Once we have put content into a template, is there a way to export the content to another template so we can view the information in a different way?

was working for about an hour. Then Miro suddenly stopped responding. all elements disappeared. When I refreshed the page, I see nothing but lines that extend left and right to infinity (no end) and a few scattered nods. restoring activity seems to have no effect.  wtf do I do? does Miro have an actual support center? 

I had been working on a diagram with a BPMN template until recently I have encountered an issue: I am unable to add connection lines in this template. If one of the shapes that need connecting is outside the template, there is no problem but when both are inside that’s when it occurs. I’ve tried different browsers, incognito windows, duplicating boards, reloading, waiting, using another account, creating a new BPMN diagram, nothing helps. Does anyone know what to do to fix it? Thanks

Hi all, I recently stumbled onto the following “strange” behaviour. Create an new connector/arrow; Start text mode to add text/label to it; Input some text and then go back to the beginning and put “[] ” - trailing space is important! Observe that white space is added to the same place where the brackets used to be. It almost looks as a macro of some sort, but it is not behaving like one. Also a strange dot appears at the top. And also the new whitespace is unbreakable.Thank you! :)
