Yesterday we tried new automation for deleting users and accidentally deleted their content. I tried accessing Miro by signing in as those users but not a single one of them had deleted board in their Trash. It’s either non of those users were owners and board deletion is not related or I’m missing something. I’m using the free version. I created a board a few weeks ago, and shared it with my internship account. I wasn't working in a team, I was solo. Today, I clicked on the board, and a notification popped up, telling me I did not have permission to access that board, and I had to ask it to its owner. But I am the sole owner! I also received a pop-up to create team… after creating a team the board is lost!!I cant find it anywhere, in the 1 team I created… and I don't have any trash.This board is extremely important, I have the link, but neither my personal account nor my internship account can access it. what to do?

It seems like the latest Miro app update changed the presentation mode keyboard behavior a bit. On both the windows and mac app the arrow keys now slide the frame around the presentation, not advance the frame. This broke a few of our remotes. Thankfully we had one that used page down not right / left arrow. Is there any way to turn this function off of switch the behavior back? We really liked those remotes.

.. I’ve seen a few conversations around this so - unless hear back - will conclude there’s still no option to save work locally so alas, unlikely to use and recommend your useful looking software.  Cheers Harry (Cronulla, NSW)

How do I copy all the graphic elements I created in Adobe Illustrator and then pasting it in Miro without it being one image? I still want to be able to click on each graphic separately while in Miro? I’m hoping I don’t need to copy and paste each graphic element one by one. 

With various work streams and services within our business, we really need to be able to group board into folders. When will this feature be released?

HelloI was working on some maps this morning and suddenly the Icon Finder stopped working. Can you help?  

When I login to Miro, I am just met with an animated screen with the Miro-logo that never goes away:I get the following errors in the javascript console:​​​​ Since I’m not able to login, I’m not able to contact support 🤦 I have tried clearing browser cache and cookies, but the error persists. The Status page for Miro says “All Systems Operational”.What do I do?

Could you maintain the editing feature in PDF when you import a PDF into Miro?

3rd time posting.. nothing like showing a potential client some images on miro, only for them not to load.When will Miro fix this, when will this application be reliable for professional use?It’s embarrassing, I don’t think I can handle the stress of trying to rely on this program during critical moments, might have to find alternative if anyone can suggest something.

I was invited by a co-worker to a miro board in his own space. When working together, I could use the feature “Bring everyone to me”.Then I thought it might be a good idea to create a miro account on my own. But since then I cannot use this feature anymore. It says “only available for team members”. It doesn’t help to log off neither. I don’t understand the sense of this and I really would like to know how to restore my ability to bring everyone to me in this collaboration.Any help ist highly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hi, I am a current user Miro and I have a few questions on the Miro Verified badges that a Miro user can attain.Having looked at the Miro Academy there are several courses that are available to Mio users.I was hoping if you could help me with the questions below:Could you provide a summary of the content of the following courses: Miro Essentials Mapping and Diagramming Collaborative Meetings Client Collaboration Miro user support Is there a cost to complete the courses detailed in the previous bullet point? Does a user need to create a Miro account to complete the courses detailed above? I find Miro to be hugely beneficial in how I work, and any information you could send me on would be much appreciated. RegardsDarren

I’m unable to write or draw on the board. When I try to draw, I just move around the board. My students which use android devices are stuck with the same problem. 

Heya, I can’t seem to get the bold text to work when using the MIRO website. It has worked before, I’m not sure what has changed. I tried removing all my cookies and also loading in an incognito window but I’m still having the problem. Just be clear: I write something, I etiher do (Ctrl + B ) or click on the B icon, and the text appears to stay the same. Also when checking on other people’s computers, they can see things in bold on MIRO that for some reason I can’t see on my computer. Please can you help me with this?Best wishes,Camilla

Board loads but side panels are an endless buffer, making it impossible to edit. I’ve tried incognito, disabling extensions, and restarting. It works on my mac, but not chromebook and it worked on my chromebook just last week. I was using my board when suddenly all part of the board with different icons (like pencils, texts, rubber) got blurred and never showed again. I’ ve restarted everything several times. Nothing has helped.

this error on Mac OSX 13.2.1 with latest Mac app running.  Starting the board from a shared board URL.  It works on some machines.  We have tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari.  They all give this error and we can not get to the board.  Miro on browser(s) gives the same error.  The error code listed above does not help.  We have tried many times. flushing, new versions, etc.It appears to me to be some OS dependancy or state. Since if it does this it keeps doing it but not on another machine.  We have also tried various shared URLs and none work if one does not work. While they work on other machines.Thanks for the help. BTW, if I go to the homepage, miro works fine.  I just can not ever load the board I want.

I’m testing out the "Opportunity Solution Tree", which seems to work perfectly for my use case.HOWEVER, I’d like to have borders around the different opportunities, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to add a border. See screenshots.

Hello Miro Community! I’ve spend some time creating a nice graphical timeline chart to frame out my 3 month onboarding plan at a new company. I kept it abstract with the intention to use this chart to track onboarding progress for future hires. (Love the graphical aspects of Miro)As miro is not a tool we’ve accepted yet, and have been trained on (more like my personal favorite tool), I’d like to keep this template as dummy proof as possible until it gets adopted.Ideally I’d like to:Lock the graphical template so it cannot move or be edited Have a separate user-input section on the left of the template Automatically have the user-input text fill out the text on certain objects in the template Is this currently possible? If not, I believe it would be a great feature that would compete well with smartsheets*. (I like your interface waaaay better, and I have no need for the complexity/gantt that drives what they do). 

Today I realized that in my Miro board (free) many of my tables are gone. Instead, in the location where the tables had been, I can now, by selecting the area around the supposed table, see a “Wireframe” (just the border of “nothing”) which is named “Untitled chart”. But no table is visible. In the board history, I can see an edit of a “table2x2widget”, but when I select this change, it just marks this empty wireframe.It seems to me that this was some kind of “special” table (although I wouldn’t be able to explain, what was so special), because even tables created in 2021 (and not changed afterwards, but copied in the following years) are gone.Does anybody have similar issues? 

Greetings.I am not able to pay via “Invoice”, because I don’t want to pay yearly.But I don’t have a credit-card, so I am not able to pay that way.I would like to pay with “GiroPay” or “Klarna” or other providers which provide payment via bank-account.

Can someone tells me if a french version of Miro exist?If not, is there a guide in french that can be provided?
