Hi,I noticed an app in the marketplace called Card Flip, and I’m struggling to figure out how to use it, even after watching the YT video. I click the toolbar button, it creates a sticky with ‘Information on the back of the card. You can group both objects if you intent to drag the card’, and that seems to be it. What am I missing?gmask1

after installation there is no icon in the new apps. but the app is installed, because if i try to install again, it proposes to reinstall

Hello community!I found a strange error going through logs, which is not reproducible so easily. The error message is “An error occurred while retrieving the subscription. Contact support to request assistance”, status is 400 and the code is “7.0913”.Does this happen to anyone and can any information be provided in order to understand the error ?Thanks in advance

I’m working on a Facilitator Manual to train folks on how to follow and use our proprietary online platform (a Policy Consensus Building Model for Municipalities).  I want the trainee to be able to access the various frames and elements in a DIY fashion, on their own time.  I have experimented with Talk Tracker in order to have a verbal explanation to accompany the items/elements in a frame.  It works well, except that the text in the frame is static.  Is there a way to highlight a particular element or bullet point to emphasize the words being spoken by the Trainer?  I can’t find a way to do this, but would really like that functionality.  Any suggestions?  Failing this, is there a way I can record the ‘talking head’, over a Power Point and have that work within Miro?  Thanks!

While I’m drawing/writing on a board with Apple Pencil on my IPad some lines disappear. If I zoom out I could barely see all the lines. But on the web version they still exist. I have asked a couple of my friends, they have the same bag. How to fix it? 

I have left an old team and want to create my own board but I am stuck with this po-up and cannot even log out - all actions are blocked. Help! At the moment I have no other option than to use another software provider, as there is no way to do anything.  

Hi there,I’ve tried to move everything I had from my personal account to my work account. I’ve shared a board with the work account, duplicated it in the work account, and then deleted the personal account.However, the duplicated board disappeared from the work account. A massive f-up on my end! How can I recover it?

I am comparing 2 products: LucidChart and Miro. I prefer the Miro UI, but unfortunately, to use basic ERD symbols, I have to upgrade and double my subscription price. I do not need team boards, voting, polling, collaboration or SSO. I also do not need so-called advanced diagramming shapes. I only need normal ERD notation, like crow’s feet. LucidChart, and most others, offer this without a business plan. Is there an alternative on Miro, as I feel Miro’s UI is superior.Thank you!Brian

Hi, Looking around on the forum I could not find an answer to my question, so allow me to explain. For multiple groups of users we want to use miro boards for guiding their projects. In each step of the project, some data needs to be updated in a central database, to track the progress of the different projects. Since having all information in one place is benificial, we would like to have an interactive (excel-like) table, that on opening of the Miro board loads data from a (company) server, and allows people to enter/change information in the table. The information should then be updated on the server.Is this possible, even in a non-native way? If anything about my question is unclear, feel free to ask for more details.

Hello,  Is there a way to connect the tasks in a to do list (within Miro) to a timeline board? So that the tasks with a set date are collected accordingly in a to do list that gets automatically updated when the date or the task name is changed in the timeline and viceversa? 

 Hi I am tried using C4 commands in plantUML app but it throws up an error. Are all plantUML standard lib’s supported by this app or only few?Can anyone please confirm?

Hello,I struggle to install Jira Cards with our onprem Jira instance (DataCenter) using OAuth 2.0.What I read from Miro documentation is that OAuth 1.0 is used for onprem Jira instances.In the german version it is even said that:The protocol used is OAuth 1.0.Currently Atlassian only supports this protocol. OAuth 2.0 authorisation code (3LO) is currently in developer preview.https://help.miro.com/hc/de/articles/360013463739-Jira-Karten-FAQWhich is clearly untrue because our Jira instances (v9.x) uses OAuth 2.0 by default.That’s why the connection between Jira and Miro does not work for our instance, because Miro only supports OAuth 1.0. So my question is: How can I connect Miro to Jira (DC) - while Miro only supports OAuth 1.0 but Jira only supports OAuth 2.0?

Hi, I’m new here and whenever I try to create a board, whether with any template or blank, it keeps displaying this error. It happens on every browser, on mac as well as on windows and in the miro application itself. I can’t seem to make a ticket either since I’m using the free version.Has anyone experienced this before and knows why this is happening?Thanks. 

Every time when I want to upload an image (usually it’s a PDF copy of something) there appears a notification: “There was a problem uploading your image” and I can’t see it later! I’ve never had this problem until last week. I’ve checked my connection and it works perfectly well.What might the problem be and how can I fix it?

This happened 2 days ago which is really getting to be a pain to use the board now. I need to zoom right in to see my characters that I have written. If I zoom out the characters /strokes disappear. Pls get this bug fixed asap, as I have to resort to using another medium for my lessons . Paying for a board that I can’t use . Thank you

handwritten lines and inscriptions are loaded completely only at a very large zoom.  It is very uncomfortable.  previously loaded fine. 

Hey there!I’ve worked out a way to have my board / portfolio act as a website, where I have basically embedded the board with no UI fit the entire frame of my website (http://xt-projects.com) and it looks great!However I’m having issues with the start view, mostly on mobile/tablet as it doesn’t seem to follow the same rules that it does on desktop. It starts in a completely different spot even though the iframe is responsive (I think?).Attaching some screenshots below. Desktop start view (looks almost perfect, although coordinates are still a bit off):Mobile start view (no idea why it puts the view way up the above where all the content sits):  I also tried adding the moveToWidet parameter to my iframe but it didn’t really seem to work either as it was zoomed in and not in the right position on either desktop or mobile. Would love some insight if anyone can help? Hey miro folks, I prepared a presentation in Miro using the motion transition effect where the view window slided from frame to frame on slide change. Now I am in big trouble because the presentation pattern was switched to instant flip just in a powerpoint presentation. Without the movement effect the audience does not know where they are in the bigger picture.There is a “reduce motion” toggle in the settings which could be used to set this behavior beforehand. Now the toggle is still there but turning it off has no effect, still no motion. :(

Добрый день! Создала доску у себя, но теперь надо передать ее другому человеку на его аккаунт. Выслала ему ссылку и предложила сделать CTR+C и CTR+V на его доске. Но это не работает. Увидела вот такой комментарий “сделать резервную копию доски в локальном RTB-файле”, но не понимаю как это сделать.
