Dashboard not loading


I’m experiencing problems with loading the dashboard in the Chrome browser. In Safari everything is working fine, but in Chrome it keeps on showing the loading icon. Does anyone know how to solve this?

@Zahed Yousuf -

I’d recommend clearing your Chrome browser cache and history and stopping and restarting the browser and then retry. If that doesn’t work, disable your Chrome extensions and try again and if it does work, then selectively re-enable them till you find which one might be clashing with Miro.

what about running it in an incognito mode Chrome browser session?

Also, is this on a Windows PC or a Mac?

I would asko ask if you are behind a VPN or if your installation of Chrome is managed by your organization, e.g., this is a work issued computer?

I am not using a VPN and I also tried in incognito too.

Its weird its just happened suddenly three days ago.

The only other thing I could suggest is uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it to see if that makes any difference.

Thanks Kiron you have been really helpful - it has all of a sudden  started working without me changing anything

not sure what I was doing or what had happened!!
