Hello everyone,I’m an API developer currently building an app for my clients and have a few questions about Miro.1. App Installation Across Teams: When I share the installation link for my app with a client, they are required to select which team the app will be installed in.    Is there any way to modify this process so the app can be installed globally across all teams in the  client’s organization?2. Collaborating with Clients on Different Plans: My company is on the Enterprise plan, and I understand that collaboration is possible with clients who are also on the Enterprise plan.    Are there any limitations or blockers I should be aware of if I want to collaborate with clients using Free or Business plans?3. Administrative Tools: Apart from the Miro App Workflow, does Miro provide any additional administrative tools that can be used to manage apps or permissions more efficiently?Thanks in advance!

I would like to see on jira tickets ( from MIRO Planner) the value of WSJF.Is there any way to activate display WSJF? We are using miro planner for prioritization and actually I need the calculated value of WSJF

Hi Team, We’re trying to integrate our Miro with Active Directory (AD). We need to have teams, and their users listed in an Excel file. Currently, when we download users, it shows users and their teams, but we need it to show teams and their users. For instance, we want the Welcome Team and all the users in that team. After creating, I cannot see the board link in my dashboard.Initially, it was there but it dissapered after refreshing. Even the UI of the dashboard was different too. Please assist. Hello, I have a Starter subscription, and I understand that I can't restrict team members to certain specific boards. At the moment, all the members have access to all the boards, but I don't want this to be the case. I use Miro to write down the steps for solving math questions, and one Miro file can contain several frames corresponding to the number of questions in a quiz. Typically, I embed it in presentation mode and add an extra script to disable the previous and next arrow buttons.However, the embedding behavior has recently changed, allowing users to scroll to other frames.This is problematic for me because students can view the steps for the following questions. Dear Community,Three days ago my boards stopped loading. Loading the dashboard is ok, but when I click on a board I get the Miro logo on hard rotation and nothing loads. I have tried trouble shooting inc clearing my browsing cache but no luck. For what it is worth I notice my three boards are greyed out on the dashboard page. This could be a coincidence.Hope someone can help.Lex

Within the last couple of weeks, anytime I am writing on a board, it freezes every 5 seconds or so for about 1-2 seconds. This is happening consitently to where i am having to wait constantly on these freezes. Any idea why this has started to happen? It’s happening on any board that I use.

None of the boards that I had starred are available to access or view. What happened? How can I reinstated access. I attended multiple workshops through 2023 and 2024 however now all of the content is gone.

The board remains locked to the mouse move. Even pressing esc does not change the behavior. It is currently unusable.

I have invited one of my users to the team I created. She received the invite email and accepted the invite but still cannot see the team.

I had not logged-in to Miro for about a year or so. Now my account looks like a blank slate. All my boards are missing. I looked at this, but I don’t think that is it.

So i just got this applepencil for my 11 inch ipad pro 6th gen .However when i try to use the pen on the online version of miro it wont work only finger will. I draw something and soon as i lift of the screen with my pen it goes away .Is there a fix for this

When I start moving using the scroll bar, I often get stuck in scroll mode and the board just scrolls upp or down depending of mouse movement. The only way of geting out of this mode is accessing a tool in the tool box, typically I create a Post-IT and the scrolling stops.

There have been many instances of Ctrl+v leading to the “Sorry, this file type is not supported” message. But when manually clicking the paste button after right click it does work so the file type is clearly not the problem. For some reason when clicking paste from the right-click menu it gives this additional button with paste again. Whatever this is needs to preferably get automated or at least also become a thing for using the Ctrl+v shortcut.This has happened for plenty of things but for replication purposes one example is .webp images.
