Wanna use breakout frame, but can't find it from the tools panel

Hi,

I am using the Ed plan.

Wanna create a board with the breakout frame function, but couldn’t locate it in the tools panel while some of my colleagues could use it. May I know how to have this function back?

Please note that Breakout Frames is still on Beta and it is available for selected users on Business, Education, and Enterprise plans.
