Hi! I've been using Miro Web Clipper for several months, but  today when I tried to make a screenshot it was said that I didn't have any miro accounts. I do have an account and it was open at that moment. Can anyone help me, please.

Hi @Tatyana Zykova,

Thanks for asking your question!

Could you please follow all these steps and share the results with us?

  1. Delete the Web clipper extension
  2. Install it again from the Chrome Web Store
  3. Log out from your Miro profile
  4. Restart your browser
  5. Log in to your Miro profile and try to use Web Clipper on any other web-page

Awaiting your reply!

Hello there!

I have the same problem and the step by step deconnection-connection did’nt work.
Anyone with the same issue ?
Does the extension is still working ?

Hi @Steffi_chattermark,

Thank you for bringing this up! Our Engineering team is aware of the issue with the Miro Web Clipper extension. Currently, the team is focused on developing new features and improvements, so the Web Clipper is a lower priority at this time. Unfortunately, we can’t provide an estimated timeline for when this issue will be resolved.

In the meantime, we recommend exploring alternative tools that can help you capture web pages. We understand this may not meet your expectations, but we hope your overall experience with Miro continues to improve.

Thanks for your understanding!
