Please help!!! I’ve been trying for weeks to get help and no one has helped me. I was billed A LOT incorrectly and can’t afford this. Any suggestions? I want the education plan. I need a live person to give me a refund!!!!

Thank you. I’ve requested tickets and still no one. Just a reply to emails and sends me to the help page. I need a refund and help with making sure I’m on the right plan. Please!
