Hi,I uploaded pictures on my miro board and they are now not appearing.Instead there is a grey scare. Are my pictures recoverable or lost? Are there specific ways to upload pictures for this not to happen or is it a bug from Miro?Thanks! 

Whenever I try to create a Timeline I constantly get this empty box. If someone selects it, it can get stuck permanently as grey on other screens but not consistently.Steps to ReproduceCreate a Timeline on a board Set the date range between 11th Nov 2024 to the 31st Jan 2025 Drag a select box around the center of the timelineThis always results in an invisible box appearing between the 15th and 21st of December. If I try to delete this box it will delete one of the rows instead but the box will still remain. If all rows are deleted then it disappears but will reappear after the second or third row is created.  Is this happening to anyone else?

I am a team of 1 with only 1 board, but when I try to edit my board it says I have reached my limit. How can I fix this error?

Hello, I have tried several times to register for a paid plan on Miro but keep facing billing issues and I am unable to finalize the payment. My last attempt (see screenshot below), the “Review order” button would not get activated even after I filled in all billing and card information . 

I’m using Miro with Notion. I embed Miro boards to Notion workspace. Notion has a flaw where embedded contents don’t show up in its app due to cookie issues. This is unfortunately because I use it on my iPad often. As a result, my Miro embeds don’t show up in the Notion workspace.  To bypass this issue, I can set the Miro board sharing to “Anyone with link”, with no password, in which case it shows fine in the Notion embed. I realize this brings security concerns as anyone with access to the link can open the board.My question is this: if I set a Miro board sharing as “Anyone with link”, but I don’t give out the link to anyone, will it get parsed by search engine bots or show up somewhere in a public place? As long as I don’t give out the link, can I assume that no one can access it?Thanks!

Hi, I am relatively new to Miro and I’ve been having trouble connecting my google drive to my Miro account. I have tried everything. I have logged out, deleted the app, tried a different email and still it says that I am not authenticated? I am really hoping someone will be able help me, please and thank you.

Dear Community,  Since last week, I have a full (paid) membership on Miro, but I still can’t create a board or space in the app (or in the browser version). Tried to log off and restart, but that didn’t help.  Does anyone recognize this problem? I need to prep a meeting and I would need access urgently, so I hope to find support somewhere.  Thank you in advance! Wishing you a wonderful day.  Anne-Laure

Hi thereJust signed up for a Starter license, but its needed for a different user.I have invited another user and simply want to allocate that user the full license and for myself to be an admin without a license - just so I can add ne subs if needed or reallocate the seats, plus update any billing info.However, I just can’t seem to see an option to downgrade my license and apply it to the intended user of the app.ThanksLuke 

When I change the opacity of icon it will change back to 100% after changing the opacity of another icon. I am not sure how to change the opacity of a specific icon because Miro is not saving the changes. I am using the online version of Miro. 

Hey,I want to copy whole boards from one account to another (both paid accounts), and I get this error message:“Some objects could not be pasted because of the source board sharing policy. New trial members were added automatically without me knowing that and now I have to pay extra money.I had a subscription with only 1 team member and I normaly sent invitations to all my students but somehow one of my students has registered as a team member with 2 email adresses (I haven't attached any of her emails by myself).I got a message to my email that new trial members were added to my team but I didn't notice this message. My student didn't use any features as a team member and I didn't invite her as a team member as well. I was billed for $137 for extra licenses (I haven't paid it yet).Is it possible to cancel the payment, since these 2 emails were added by accident by my student? If yes - where can I write to discuss this case?

Hello.The first image is from the iPad app. There is only one dot at the bottom of a sticky note. The second image is from the web app in Apple Safari on an iPad Pro. There is also one dot at the bottom of a sticky note. The third image is from the web app in Apple Safari on a MacBook Pro. There is a dot on each side of a sticky note.The fourth image is from the desktop app on a MacBook Pro. There is also a dot on each side of a sticky note. The point is why does both versions of Miro on a MacBook Pro provide a blue dot on all four sides but both versions of Miro on an iPad Pro only has one? Will this be corrected so the iPad matches the Mac? The fifth image is from the web app in Apple Safari on a MacBook Pro. There is an additional ability for the blue dots where we can hover the cursor of one of them and a dotted-line sticky note appears. Will this be coming to the iPad app as well? We could mindmap or create diagrams so fast if these missing abilities came to the iPad. Thank you fo

Dear Miro Team,We have a major issue here. Miro is set up so that you have the option to be a normal team member or an admin member (both need to pay licenses). The issue here is that any team member, despite not being an admin member, can add more team members (each of whom is a new license!). In addition, instead of sharing the board link, you can easily mistakenly copy the link to access it as a team member with all participants. Honestly, it's not very clear to us, as users, that there is a massive difference between copying a normal link and a team member link within Miro.How can we avoid team members to add more team members?Thanks.

I’m uploading images to an organisation chart template I created, with the logos for each sector.  However, after I uploaded them, the images move with my cursor but I want it to stay where I put it - help?  I am using the free version

The timer doesn’t start!

As of today, I can’t find sticky note size selection in the contextual menu. Is this a bug or a (bad) feature?Working in Edge.No size selection in sticky note menu 

I experienced the same issue with Miro App on iPad these 2 weeks as many of your in the community.iOS 18.1iPad Air (4th Generation)In my Maths lesson, I have uploaded a PDF with around 40 pages. It was really smooth before. I tried to delete 30 pages and all the written contents. The app still told me the board is too large.I have tired to delete the app and re-install it. It has still happened. It really drives me crazy.Can you please help with my case?Thanks.

We have been working in a Miro board for the last 5 months but when we accessed it today, the baord is completely empty, all of the information that was in the board has disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve it or can someone explain why this might be please? Thank you.

Hello allI’ve created a template for our company which we want to use for each project. We have around 25 workers and work on diffrent HVAC projects, where interaction for deadlines are key, since we’ve to coordinate with each other and external parties like architects aswell. We’re now exploring the idea of using Miro as our main planner. So far we’re only testing the free version and haven’t tested the paid versions, which we will need to create more boards anyway.The two most important things for our solution are:We want to have an overview of all the tasks a person has from every board, as example in MS Teams We don’t want to have to copy a kanban/jira card and edit them seperatly, they should be linked instead, so if you edit the card it’s edited in the Miro Board and in the overview (a.e. MS Teams)While looking into this the best solution i can imagine is turning the created Kanban Cards into Jira Cards and linking them to a Jira Cloud, which we could integrate into our Microsoft
