Why can't I register for the biz plan with one member?
Hello all, I’m confused about the minimum number of registered ’members’ you need to subscribe to the business plan. Am posting the question here b/c miro’s online form doesn’t consider my gmail address to be a ‘business email’ so I can’t even submit an online form. I’m a consultant, and will be using miro to run meetings and workshops for my client. Is a short-term project that will end in Q1 next year.
The miro registration page doesn’t let me subscribe unless I have a minimum of 5 ‘members’ which increases the cost. Does anyone know why I can’t subscribe for one member? All of this hassle, just to subscribe to the 14-day trial too!

You are likely trying to upgrade a team that has a total of five members (you and four others). If you delete the rest of them except for yourself, you’ll be able to upgrade to a single-seat Business Plan.
For example, is this Free Plan team, there are two members - myself and a other team member. If I change the Licenses to anything less than two, I receive a warning that I need to remove at least one other member:

Somehow I have 3 different email accounts, and I see the same info no matter which email I use to log in. I’m still having difficulty removing users too. I’m also trying to move my board from one team to another, and I’m not having success. I can’t even delete the test boards I created.
