I am an independent consultant currently planning a workshop with ca. 100 participants.We will use Miro for facilitation during the workshop. I am looking for live advice/coaching on how to use Miro effectively with large group workshops.I would also be interested to hire someone who can co-facilitate workshops from a Miro functionality perspective. The only expertise needed is guiding participants through Miro functionality, no other subject matter expertise needed. Are you interested in this type of gig work or know someone who might be? 

Embedded Miro boards are cool, but they’re not responsive. The out-of-the-box HTML embed code for embedding a Miro board on a web page is fixed-size. Your embedded board will look great on a large screen, like a laptop, but not so great on a small screen, like a phone.Here’s a way to embed Miro boards on a responsive web page. I have an example at https://agilesoftwarecourse.org/backlog . It looks great on any device and screen size (as far as I know  ).Here’s how to do embed your Miro board on a responsive web page:Get the embed code for your board: The board’s default embed code will look something like this: Copy-paste that HTML into your web page, for example:<iframe width-”768” height=”432” src="https://miro.com/app/live-embed/o9J_l6jHaVU=/?moveToViewport=-1758,-1612,1544,919" frameBorder="0" scrolling="no" allowFullScreen></iframe>Delete the width= and height= parts of the code. You can get a presentation like a Prezi if you are in frame mode and the frames are not too close.I don't have fixed frames for photo details, but the results might have been even more significant if I did.

It would be really fun if we can view a separate tab or maximize the photos/pictures of the people working in the board. Just for fun :D

I have ADHD and I do have some object blindness. When I select an object and the contextual toolbar pops up, i’m often looking around and saying “where is it?” because it is white and i normally work on a white background.It would be helpful if the toolbar could be contrasted to stand out somehow. Maybe you could have it automatically manifest in a different colour from the background?

Want to be able to easily add shapes to the shape library, like a many pointed badge or a crown or diamond.  I can paste them in but want to be able to recolor.

I wish there were more diverse human icons.  With the current list of available icons it's hard to represent our user audience with the current available icons.

Hey there, I'm looking for any best practice how to use Miro as a central information hub for a team of around 40 people within an organization. The hub should be the go-to-place for the team, where they find information, content, all they need to do their daily jobs. Any experiences around similar projects? Thanks,Sebastian

Hello!  I am so happy to see this group support.  There is so much information currently available that I am having difficulty navigating through it all.  I would like to use Miro Boards for small group work in Zoom breakout rooms during synchronous classes and am not sure if this even possible, if not, I may just assign small groups in Canvas for them to use the Miro board to brainstorm.  Has anyone used Miro with Zoom?  I would also be interested in any other ways people are using this tool in higher education.
