I'm just super angry. I've spent hours on work, and now the miro app doesn't work! Is it global issue? 

Hi community! Do you know of templates for virtual online conference events? That would include different rooms, show online location of attendees, etc. I’m kinda new here and would love to collaborate on a potential upcoming eco event, as well!kent https://linktr.ee/goswampy

 Is there a template in Miro that can organize a lot of tasks in a table, similar to excel, and can create both tasks and subtasks? And where data can be managed by auto-numbering, filtering and grouping? I’m looking for a MS Teams template to manage high-level tasks and quickly retrieve project execution statistics.

To the Miro team,I was unable to export all of my Invision prototypes and screens, and I was hoping I could still have the ability to retrieve that work in order to boost my portfolio. I had linked to InVision prototypes to display my UX capabilities, and was late to exporting that work. Is there a way I can touch base with someone on the Miro team to collect my work? Thank You - Dan

I can’t access or edit my own team. I can access to other people’s teams but I don’t open my own account’s team. I think there is a problem.

Every time I try to work in Miro if stops responding to my inputs. Today it stopped allowing me to do any action such as has select, copy, type, or add a shape. Nothing. It only allows me to zoom in and out. In the past it did not release my drag and drop but stuck in drag mode no matter waht I did. I have tried 3 different browsers, endless reboots of my workstation, and upgraded Mac OS over several months 2 times. Why does Miro not work for me? Does anyone have a solution? Mt client insists on using it and I can’t get out of it but CAN’T do my Work!

Hi,I am brand new to Miro. I am a teacher, and I want to have all my boards for each class in a folder. It seems like they call them spaces, not folders in Miro. I cannot figure out how to move an existing board into a folder/space. Any help would be much appreciated. 

I want to change my current E-Mail address to a new one. The Conformation E-Mail arrives, but if I press the Button to confirm the new adress it always leads me to a page where I sign up for Miro and it does not confirm the change to my new E-Mail address, but wants me to create a new account.Has anyone had this problem and knows how to solve it?

Hello All,We are using Drata to review access, but I encountered an issue when trying to connect with Miro. I followed tthe guide to create the app and attempted to connect from Drata, but the connection failed. The error message displayed is:"Unable to establish connection - Unable to connect to Miro."My account have admin permission in Miro and Drata.Could you please assist in resolving this?Thanks & Regards,

I am trying to figure out how to see the properties that I have spent ages adding in table view, to show in timeline view, but can’t for the life of me, figure out what I am doing wrong, they just don’t show, even though I am hiding and showing them, refreshing Miro, trying in browser, trying the app. Anyone else got this issue?

I am using tables/timeline beta and cannot type more than one (sometimes two) characters in the text field when using the Title filter. I have three tables on three different boards. All have the same issue. I’ve cleared my cache and restarted my computer twice. I’ve also tried creating a new table on the same boards as well as starting a new board and new table. The issue persists. Has anyone had this issue?

I am a Staff member for a University, and I support Students, Staff and Faculty.  I am trying to apply for the Education plan, but it only has the ability to select Students or Educators.  I am not Faculty or Students, so could I still apply as an Educator or should I apply as a Student?  

 A while ago, I wanted to clean up an unnecessary board in my miro, it was in one of the teams that I had created, there were some people there who joined and created their boards as well in that team. I accidentally deleted the team and the boards in it (including my friend's board) were also deleted.I want to restore it back to the way it was, but I feel that my account when logging in miro has a lot of errors and bugs, I can't do anything.When I open my profile from dashboard, this appears:On the dashboard, in my own team, it said I'm not a member, I can't do anything, I can't create boards. Hello allIn an earlier version of my Miro app, I had the possibility to have have multiple boards open at the same time and displayed these open boards as tabs in the top of the Miro Board. I can see that some of my colleagues still have this feature, but are unable to explain to me how to enable this feature.Please is there anyone here who can show how to start this tab's feature?

Hey, I got shared Miro board URL with me, and I can open it in my browser. But I cannot find any option in Miro’s Windows App to open there this board from URL. Is it even possible, or for URL-shared boards I can view them only via Webbrowser?

I am a high school student and I want to get free access to Miro functions during my studies. As far as I know, there is an opportunity to register through the form. But I do not have an academic email, only a regular dex......@gmail.com. Who can I contact and how can I get a work plan from Miro?

I cannot get anyone from Miro sales to contact me to discuss an enterprise plan. I’ve used the sales form twice and received no response. At my last company we implemented the enterprise version and trying to get a simple call from sales is really frustrating!

I lost access to a board that is critical to my work. I feel like I’ve tried everything getting it back: getting added back to my university team (which I don’t think it was under originally anyway) upgrading to a paid account and checking my trash, requesting access using the direct link of the board (which I was the owner so the request would come to me theoretically?). I’m at a loss. Support has not been helpful at all. 

I have some users where they cant use the Miro app due to SSO errors.  Oddly enough, logging into Miro via the web with SSO works fine. It's obvious that this is an endpoint issue. In addition, it doesn't affect all users as some can log into the app and the website via SSO without issue. Tried all of the steps located in the following doc:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019271654-I-can-t-log-in-via-SSOStill no joy. Even down to the command line where there is the schema test and the affected enpoints pass.  

Hi,I'm new to miro and playing around with the "Table" tool.Is it possible to create 1:n or n:m relations between two tables?1:n relations:Say table 1 is called "Manufacturers" and table 2 is called "Car Models". I would like to relate the car model "911" in table 2 to the manufacturer "Porsche" in table 1. I.e. basically having a field in table 2 of type select but with options that are fed by table 1. (or to use database wording: foreign key relations)m:n relations:Having a field in table 1 of type select so that I can select for manufacturer “Ford” the models “Model T”, “Mustang”, “F-150”. I.e. a multi-select field that is fed by table 2.Is this possible with the "Table" tool? If not: What other options are available to somehow model this scenario?
