Renewal of Education Account doesnt work! What to do?

I got an email for my education Miro account to renew the account for the next year. However when I click on the given link, I get an error message. Then the website redirects me to the homepage of the miro website. 

 

My account needs to be renewed before 31-10. Can someonebody please help me? I don't want to lose all my boards…

can i also have a ticket, for some reason when i try to reapply for it, it give an error message. can i get some help pls
