I asked for a cancellation and now my card has been tried about 10 to 15 times for payment after I asked for it and spoke with Jazz from support who will now not answer me at all.

 

Is it normal to have people cancel and then try to bill them repreadedly?

 

 

I have been trying to cancel and this has spurred about 15 attempts to take my money after I have asked to cancel.

 

Why are you trying to take my money now?  Why is your support person Jazz not replying and seemingly trying to make my card go through?

 

Why wont you just allow me to cancel?  Why are you trying to steal my money?
