Hi everyone,

I have a problem with one of my boards — only a small part of it loads (some tables and notes), but most of the content, including images and frames, doesn’t appear at all. It looks like the board is loading partially, and the rest just never shows up.

I’m listed as an editor and haven’t deleted anything. The same issue happens both in the browser and in the mobile app. I also tried duplicating the board, using incognito mode, and waiting several minutes, but nothing changes.

Could someone from the Miro team please check if this could be a sync or data issue on your side? I’d really appreciate any help restoring the full content of the board.

Thanks for sharing the details — it sounds like your board might not be syncing fully, especially since it’s only partially loading across devices and after troubleshooting.

 

I’ll go ahead and convert this post into a support ticket so our team can check on the backend whether there’s a sync or data issue with your board and help you recover the missing content.
