Hello, we try to buy subscription, but receive error message: "Declined by bank.." We dont see any orders at account, how get any details about cancelation?

Hello, we try to buy subscription, but receive error message: "Declined by bank.." Talked to the bank and they don’t see your company trying the transaction. We have tried 5 times and with different cards.
