Unauthorized Charge by Miro – Need Advice

Miro appears to be charging me repeatedly for a service I don’t have.  I do not have a paid subscription, and I get billed  $21.78 and can’t get them to stop.  It’s bizarre because it doesn’t match any plan, and when I go into my free subscription, it says it’s free, and wont even show me billing options to refute.

it’s gotten to over $100 at this point.  HELP!
