Hi there,I have a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse. If I use Miro in a web browser, the additional thumb-wheel works perfectly for horizontal scrolling, but on the Windows desktop app it doesn’t do anything. The normal mouse wheel at the top works for vertical scroll on both, and Mac dekstop app is fine.Anyone else seen this / know a fix?Thanks,Mike

HI about 2 months ago I logged into Miro, deleted and removed all my boards and sort to cancel my subscription which I believed I had done.  It was with some shock today 6/6/2025 that my business account show a payment going out to MIRO for 6 months more sucraition. Which I do not want tor need. What then followed was a most frustrating time trying to find where 1: I can get a refund, 2: Close this account for good, so it dose not come to life again.  But it seems for UK citizens against UK law  there is no means to do this. Hi Forum, there is this new feature where you can add emojis to sticky notes in miro. Whenever you hover a sticky note there's a hover effect. It is massively distracting to me and makes it extremely hard to focus when you have a board full of notes. Is there any way to turn it off?I want to give this also to the UX designers. I want to cancel my subscription, but after cancelling a have a message  

It might seem a bit odd. I am having a full license, but for some reason I dont have the “create new board” button in my board view - neither in the browser or the desktop application. I am part of a welcome team board, but this is a general team for all employees and not a space to make my own boards. How can I “reset” my profile to get the “Create new board” button back?  

HiWhen I log in using Google for SSO I am taken to a board that does not belong to my company.I know some of the people on the board but it is definately not my board.What should I do?This feels like a privacy/security issue.

In our organization, we used to use Miro but the paid plan was removed over 3 years ago and converted to a free plan. We discovered this using a SaaS management tool. We still have users (some that are in the organization, some who have left) in different teams. As a member of the IT Team, our IT Team account was a team admin in some of the teams, so I was able to delete those teams with no issues in the free plan. We have some teams with users that have not been with the organization for years but they are listed as the only Team Admin for a specific team. We also have several users that are in those teams but are no longer part of the organization. Because we are on a free plan, support directed me to the community forums, so here I am. I have found some information through the forums that says if we create a Team (Team A for example) and invite all users to Team A, we can then delete that team and all the users in it, and then delete our own us

I upgraded my plan to use prototyping feature now I need to wait until the trial ends to use the feature. I have no problem to pay just let me use it why would you block it for 14 days ?

I am looking to upgrade my subscription for a specific board/space where my research project partners can add all of their activities to the board as well as implement a calendar space to update each other regularly on a live space. I am now wondering, what does it mean to be a member?I am working at university in the Netherlands, and this project is in collaboration with other partner universities. As the lead of this workstream, I am mainly adjusting the Miro interface. Does this mean that I only need to purchase the Miro subscription for 1 member or do you suggest to buy more such as for the lead researcher, partner researcher etc. Or can they all contribute to the Miro without needing to be in member.They will most likely not use the Miro more than once every two weeks and only to add posters/text. I would love to have your advice/suggestion on which subscription to go for , knowing the context of this rather small-scale research project. Thanks.

Each time I copy and paste part of an excel sheet which has a cell with a date on it the Miro board changes the date by a day. Why ? Can I stop this from occurring?

I am surprized that I can’t organize my boards in folders. I have just started with Miro and I have only 10 boards and even that is hard to manage. I have to believe people have hundreds of boards as I will have someday. How do they organize boards?Why can’t I create a folder structure?My solution is to name boards like this: AA - Board 1AA - Board 2BB - Board 1etc…This is pretty hokey. Any ideas?

The diagramming feature removed content on my board and I can’t revert it.

Hi - i am trying out the roadmap blueprint and in the company objectives sheet, I cannot work out how to edit the “Objective” names, as shown in the screenshot. Can anyone help? 

I have highlighted a series of objects on a Miro board bringing up the function menu, and all the functions work with the exception of the More (three dots) button. This happened the other day and then after logging back in, the drop down appeared. But the problem has come back. I can select different objects, and different boards, and the More functionality doesnt work. Standard pointer is showing, and if I try to do any of the other ribbon features, they work.
