Once I am exporting (insert) excel table to the Miro and change the type of the column to start date or any date (DD/MM/YYYY) I got a notification that the content is going to be deleted. It would be great to have a solution because I do not want to insert all the dates manually. 

That would be great to find out and keep it in sync.

So, how do I talk to a real person in customer service?

Good afternoon! I've been experiencing a problem with the app on my tablet for over a week now. When switching to the board, there is an endless download, no restarts of the application, rebooting the device, clearing the cache does not help. You can't actually use the app. The same applies to the browser version of the app from the tablet. At the same time, the browser version works fine from the computer. I even tried logging in from other accounts from my tablet, but the problem still remains. What could be the reason?

I… just completely lost all ability to add or edit text in the user stories I’m using in a large User Story Mapping. I can highlight text inside the user story card, I can delete (?) but I cannot add text at all anymore. It is pretty bad timing for me with a board update tomorrow. Could someone please get back to me so at least I know if must restart the whole thing, now about a third done only, or if there is a fix? Thank you . 

These are plastered all over my board and it gets in the way and is hard to see work. 

I have one person in the group I work with who can't connect to the public link. Everyone else can, except her. When she tries to connect to the public link, Miro asks her a lot of questions. Once she's answered them, she's told she has to buy a package. It's really very problematic. I've been working with Miro for over 5 years, with hundreds of people using the public link, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Please help me find a solution. 

I facilitated a workshop last week and the responses to my alignment scales have disappeared! Any recommendation on how to restore responses?

A user (team member) received an email that I had edited one of the documents on my board.  How can I turn off these types of email notifications?I navigated to “Preferences” and then to “Notifications” and deselected all of the Board, Project and Team Activity notifications.Will that eliminate email notifications to my team members?

Hi everyone! couple weeks ago it worked fine but today I noticed that topic can’t be opened. those expand arrows used to open a card where you can add extra information. but now just nothing happens, checked on several browsers. please bring back 🙏🙏

Hi all, Is it possible to superscript numbers etc. in any way? I would like to write some formulas in a board using the text feature, but I don’t see any way to subscript or superscript text. Best,Ditlev

I have several Jira cards on my board.  I go to the Jira Cards app, select Configure Cards, turn on a couple fields (Fix Version, Story Points), then Save.  None of the fields I turned on appear on the Jira cards and when I go back to the Configure Cards menu, the fields are turned off again.  Am I doing something wrong?

I have a business license. We have several users with individual licenses. I would like to add these user licenses to our business license, and move all of their existing work to our company.

Hi Folks, I love Miro!I am trying to download a board as a PDF to share it with an outside contractor, I am following the export/save as PDF functions but i have no idea where the board is being saved to on my computer, or if the save has been successful in PDF format. Can you please help me?Kind regardsMeg

Is there a way to batch download images from my boards? I’m using Miro as a moodboard, and it would be helpful to be able to select and batch download images not in board format.

I am trying to create a concept map and am needing bi-directional connection lines. Basically, these are arrows that are pointing at both ends. Is this option already available? If so, how do I create them? If not, could this be included in a future feature?

Hi!Myself and my team members have been on the board for over 2 years. Then yesterday the board owner deleted it.The board owner is a ex team member and I am not in contact with him. And he left the company about 1 year ago.How can I recover data from this board? All our projects for two years on this board.....I have the link to the board:  

How can i switch when scrolling up and down on my mouse to make chart go up or down instead of zooming in and out (smaller/bigger)?

Remove this.  It’s the worst thing I have seen in my 10 + years of using Miro.   It is beyond annoying and a serious flow disruptor.  

Hey, on one and only one of our boards we can’t paste text field objects for some reason. We can copy them (I can see the text in clipboard history) but not paste.We can copy and paste anything else, even funnily enough, the text inside of the text field object with no problem, but not the object itself.Anyone came across something like this? Classic solutions like clearing cache and cookies didn’t help, and it behaves like this on multiple machines anyway.Oh and we can still duplicate using “alt” shortcuts. Just the “ctrl+v” or the context menu “paste” is the problem child.

So I use Miro for personal to track process flow - such as working with banks post the death of my mom on succor issues.   In the process of signing up, I was informed that I would be paying for 2 seats, because among my boards there is one that is shared with my husband, an old board that we never really collaborated on.  Wanting to just purchase 1 seat for my personal use, I tried to delete and could follow the instructions removing someone from admin.  Instead, I don’t ended up leaving a team, which made all my boards disappear.  I didn’t realize that my boards were under a team called Family Tracker.  It was after that I was able to remove my husband in admin mode.  How do I get these boards back?  They are really important since they track all the communications since my mother’s death, particularly transferring bank information, specific phone numbers to call (as regular Customer service is not suffice)  and correspondence progressing

Hi! My student hasn’t been able to load her board since last week only on her iPad, it works on her laptop though. iOS 18.5, Miro is updated, we’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, hard resetting the iPad - hasn’t helped. That’s what she sees. That’s really annoying and inconvenient. Could anyone help us?
