Boards and team members missing from account

Thanks for reaching out! There’s no current Miro outage related to this, and Miro doesn’t change or remove anything on user teams as it goes against the security policy.

Since you’re the team admin, please check if you’re a member of multiple teams — it’s possible your dashboard is currently showing a different team, which would make your boards and members seem “missing.” Switching to the correct team in the dashboard should bring everything back.

To switch between Miro teams, from the Home or Spaces dashboard select the current team name in the upper-left corner. The team picker drop-down menu opens.
