@yoshinari hayato Before you created a Miro account with email B, you likely could have just changed your email address on Account A to your new email address (email B) and you’d be done.
While you could still likely delete Account B and update your email, on Account A, let’s know go there as I have no insights into your set up.
Options:
- Move your board to the new account —Add Account A email to Account B as a team member and move your boards to the new account. Then you would cancel your paid subscription on Account A and upgrade Account B — there is no seamless transfer all boards and billing.
- Download board from Account A — You could download your boards as board back up files and then upload them to Account B (note: Account B must be on a paid subscription before you can restore board backup files.
Since you have a paid account, I would suggest that you open a ticket with the Miro support ticket who can advise of your best path forward.
I am still leaning towards your deleting your Account B and updating Account A to use your new email address, but the support team will be able to confirm that.
