Text and pen input jump to another line

hello, I shared my board with another person. she is experiencing problems with how text ans pencil works from the first day she logged in and joined my board 

she is working on a pc, windows on chrome browser through a miro website

When she types a text the text doesn’t stay where  the cursor was put initially. While typing, the cursor suddenly jumps and the text appears on another line or higher 

The same issue happens when using the pen tool, the strokes appear in a different place than where she is drawing

could you help with this issue, please? what do you recommend?

    Thanks for sharing the details and videos! Could you please have the person you shared the board with try some basic troubleshooting (e.g., checking browser zoom is at 100%, trying another browser, disabling extensions, or using incognito mode)?
