I am writing to you as a user from Ukraine. I am currently a student and a trainer, and Miro has become an indispensable tool for my academic and professional activities.

I use your platform for my scientific research, data analysis, and educational training sessions. Due to the current situation in Ukraine, it is difficult for me to maintain a paid subscription, but I rely heavily on Miro's advanced features for my analytical work and scientific projects.

Could you please let me know if there are any options to provide me with a free Starter or Education subscription to support my work during this time?

Actually, I have just upgraded to a paid subscription yesterday because I urgently needed the advanced features for my analytical work and scientific research. However, as a student and trainer from Ukraine, it is financially difficult for me to maintain this paid plan in the long term.

Could you please:

Refund my recent payment made yesterday?

Switch my account to the Education/Starter plan for free, as we discussed?

I would appreciate your support with this transition.
