This has been going on for about 3 or 4 months - sorry for the laziness in reporting! But when dragging images onto the board it often shows an error placeholder (attached). Sometimes it’ll happen 2 or 3 times in a row with the same image, then finally will work. It is extremely inconsistent (I take a lot of screenshots and drag them onto the board during lessons). Resizing before it’s fully loaded seems to make it more likely to fail, but not always. Sometimes I am dragging these from saved folders, not screenshots, other times I don’t resize and still get the fail. I would say this happens with every third or fourth image, and I put about 15 images on a board in each hour-long session, so is very frequent. When it gets really bad I instead use integrated Zoom app whiteboard and never have this problem.
I am on a Macbook air M3 2024. Tahoe 26.3.1 , and always running a Zoom video call. I’m using the browser based board. I run an external monitor (LG) in case that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
