Why I am being charged

Hello,

I’ve noticed that I have been charged a monthly business subscription fee for Miro, even though I do not recall ever subscribing or making any payment.

When I checked my account settings, there is no billing or subscription tab available, so I’m unable to verify or cancel anything from my side.

Could you please help me understand:

  • Why I am being charged

  • Which account or subscription this charge is linked to

  • How I can cancel it and request a refund if applicable

This situation is quite concerning, so I would appreciate your prompt assistance.
