Dear Miro Support Team,
I am a young teacher from Ukraine. I am reaching out to kindly request access to a free subscription for Ukrainians on your platform.
When I first started using Miro, I was unfamiliar with the platform’s billing system, which led to some unexpected charges. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the free access program for Ukrainians at the time. Given the financial constraints many of us are experiencing, I would like to kindly apply for the free subscription. I hope you will understand the situation.
Students liked the platform a lot. As a teacher, I would like to rely on Miro for lesson planning, creating engaging materials, and managing resources in a structured way.
I truly appreciate Miro’s ongoing support for Ukrainians and hope you will consider my request. Thank you for your time and understanding.
