Hi, I heard at weekend that the free plan would now support anonymous collaboration and even saw a screenshot. I downloaded the windows 64-bit Miro version, but still canot see that functionality. Is it released. It is fantastic news for working with non-profits and community groups. Thanks, Jean

Hi Miro Community, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I recently installed the Miro app on my android tablet and am able to log in successfully, however when I try to load or create a board it displays the message “Unable to load the board. Please check your internet connection and try again”. If anyone knows of a fix for this issue please could you let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.

Ran a live workshop recently, which was great with Miro! Got another upcoming - any tips on helping troubleshoot compatability / interface issues for participants? Issues we encoutered were:- After stopping screen share, everyone was still stuck ‘following’ my screen - had to to toggle the ‘follow’ button a few times to stop it Video chat - no pop-up to allow mic and video Logged in as a registered user but chat tool not showing Showing as muted, but not being muted Not being able to mute mic or camera - buttons there but clicking on them didn’t do anything Not receiving vote notifications All were using Chrome - although various versions I think!    

In my daily work it might be a game changer if i could select multiple items and export them as image in a batch ... 

When using video chat on a board I am not able to start the Timer (only hide). It’s placed behind the Video Chat toolbar and cannot be started. Bug? Is there a workaround?

Hey, So my organisation used to have SSO with google. But we moved away from google to Office365. I want to link figma and miro but that plugin (figmiro) doesn’t work with SSO. So I ‘just’ want to disconnect SSO and have regular sign in with email and password. Any way I can do that? Thanks, Nate

I was added to my company’s new Miro account and was asked to setup the SSO using ADFS. Following the KB articles, I setup the ADFS side but can’t see any Security section in the settings panel. I saw that we need an Enterprise account to use SSO, but can’t see if our account is an Enterprise account.  Any help?

Hi guys! So I am using Miro as an inventory management system for my team. We have equipment spread out through a large warehouse and we use Miro to track their locations. Each location is defined by a frame.    I would like to be able to move an object (i.e. sticky note) from one frame to anther easily on my phone. Dragging the object can be tedious and annoying on the phone. Is there anyway to edit an objects properties and reassign it to another frame? Or does anyone have any other solutions?   Thanks!

Since yesterday the plugin isn’t working. I don’t get any errors. When I click on sync all artboards, or sync selected artboards, nothing happens. I never get to the stage to choose a miro board to sync with. I have tried reinstalling the miro plugin and tried logging out and logging in on miro plugin in sketch, and miro account on web and mac app. Same issue with existing sketch files, or new sketch file. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there   I have a consultant account and created boards and templates for a customer. Now I want to hand them over to the customer, who has their own licenses. How do I do this? Creating a backup of the board and send this to him? And the template?   Many thanks in advance Sabine

Hi, While being on a video call within Miro and using the “Link to” function on objects the call regularly drops out while just performing the linking action. Afterwards, it video call restores itself automatically again. Seems like this behaviour is due to automatic refreshing the browser window. However, it feels somehow uncomfortable even though the dropout is only lasting several seconds. Would be great if this could be fixed. Best and thanks, Daniel   

Im have a free account. Im get guest view in some boards. How i can SENT request for invintation to gat right?? I cant see nothing in help and no about automatic (from miro) “requet for invitation” Can i only must write personal email to owner of board??

Hi there! I’m loving using Miro but I can’t for the life of me find out how to keep a text box from expanding automatically as I type. For example, I’ve drawn out a square shape and I want to type in bullets in the dimensions of this square. However, when I use a text box on top of the square, despite drawing it to the width of the shape, if I type a long sentence the width goes wider than the width of the square. Is there any way that I can ‘lock’ the dimensions of the text box?  I would double click within the text box and use the text feature in there but as far as I can see I can’t use bullet points within that feature.  Any help?  Thanks! :) 

Hello. I cannot create teams. I own the account I'm trying to create a team in and I have the Consultant Plan. This is really bad user experience. Why is it so hidden? And yes, I have tried following the two methods on the "how to create a team in miro" page.   Why is it like this? This is extremely frustrating.

Hi, I am doing some online teaching and I would like the students to be able to edit the board as we go through the lesson.  However,  I want them to all be looking at the same screen as I have, but as is it is a big board I find some of them are going off and drawing on other parts of the board.  Is there a way to present the board as, for example, pages, so we are all on the same page!?   Thank you

I am used to NEO4J, which is a graphical database, hence my question. Is it possible to change the root of the drawing? For example: I have Customers, Products and Users If i choose customers as the root, i can see what products they are using and the users of those products. Alternatively, I can click on Products, and see what product a customer, is using. Can i change the rendering of the the connections i have drawn out for different audiences?   Example below, i drew a line between “all users included in free plans” and “Give premade-templates a try”. and Miro Mind Map is the root. Can i change the root to “All users including free plans” and see the connection between availability and “give-pre-made templates” as the first nodes?  

Hello, I am a consultant working with changing teams in multi-day sessions. Is there a way to revoke or re-generate anonymous guests links to public boards ? I need to restrict access to the boards after each meeting (so, basically sending a new link before each meeting).      Thanks,   Ariel

Hello All, I have a pricing question.  Most of the time, my small team of 3-5 will be working in Miro.  But occasionally, we might need to open it up to a ground of 16 or so.  This would be a rare occurrence, at most.   What would be the most practical plan for this: small, regular use, with occasional, inconsistent larger group use.     Thank you, Seth

Hello All,  wonder if you can help.  We have a large number of projects with each project having many boards.  We would like to move the projects to different account teams but dont seem to have the ability to move an entire project.  Miro only allows boards to be moved.   Has anybody been faced with a similar dilemma and is there a solution for it.   Regards   Ron

Someone has shared a Miro board with me. How do I remove this from my account. I do not wish to see or use this board.
