PDF pages don't show on vector download

This is how all my pdf downloads (generated as vector files) look like today:

I have seen this before when PDF pages were not “in focus”, but today they are focused on. I went through the frames one by one bringing them into focus, but I still get all my frames as these icons on the printout.

Update: After I generated a small jpg of the board and then tried the vector again, the vector (pdf) worked. I think generating a jpg triggers correct rendering.

@Robert Johnson I don’t have this option. My menu options are FAQ, Help Center, and Community. I am on a premium plan for educators, but it looks like Support is not available.

@Celesta - Ahhh, yes - not an option for Free or Education Plans. Hopefully someone from support sees this post.
