In preperation of a workshop this morning (as we speak) we cannot load the Boards. Some users cannot open the boards, others view the board after refreshing it about 4 times or more. Anyone facing similar issues? Is it network-based? Miro-based?  Anyone knows the remedy? Cheers,  Matthijs

If we have one account can serveral seperate groups work at the same time in Miro?  And will this work the groups are making al bee individaually saved? 

Hi miro community,I’m a big miro fan, but do not have much experience with video chat events yet.Does anyone of you can share his/her experiences with me?And help me with some questions:If I start a video chat with 350 participants, will then open 350 video windows or is there a maximum restriction?   Otherwise nothing of the bord would be visible I guess. Can participants choose which video they want to see, e.g. the videos of the presentors? We have 9 people to present, all the others need to be able to listen, chat and vote. What if participants join the board later, will they automatically be included in the video chat? Do you have any tips for such a event?Thank you for your help.Johanna 

When you are selecting items to cluster them and move them across the board it works great.But when I select a new group/clustering, by default MIRO keeps my old selection ‘selected’ and tries to bundle it with my new selection.So I now have to press ESC, click somewhere, do my new selection and remind myself to always click somewhere before making a new group. Intuitively i would expect MIRO to forget my selection if I start making a new group (shift dragging post it together). Is the current way of working a feature or a bug? 

Hello allvery new to this so might be a really basic question but I am responsible for multiple teams at work and want to create separate teams for different projects. I can’t work out how to do that - is it possible on a free account?Thanks

In my hibrid device (touchscreen laptop), while using the Touch mode, I can’t really draw with the pen tool as I would like. Sometimes, as I touch the screen with one finger, it draws, but just after that I touch another time (with one finger) and it changes to scrolling. This appears to happen randomly, because I think I am making the same movement with my finger, but sometimes it changes from drawing into scrolling, and I don’t know why. I tried this in the trackpad mode but it also happens. How can I guarantee I am always using the pen mode? Thank you!

Remember the card game “Memory” when you were four? I am an online Spanish teacher. I would like to use the Sticky notes to be able to make a more interactive experience for my students just like “Memory”. I created two sets of vocabulary stickies in different colors (ie blue and green). Each sticky has a number, blue #1 and Green #1, etc. The students pick a green one and then a blue one, “La carta verde, numero 3 y la carta azul, numero 8. What I want to do is to animate the card by clicking it to expose the vocabulary word on one and then the answer on the student’s other choice. Does anyone what any idea how to do that? I was using the previous AWW whiteboard. I would like to know how to clean the whiteboard in this new upgraded at once. The shortcut key ‘C’ stands here for commenting not for cleaning like in the previous whiteboard.Any help highly regarded.Thank You in Advance.

Using Location as a keyword in the Community and Help Center didn’t return the relevant result I was hoping for so I’m posting this here. I’m not sure if it’s a specific question for tech support but I’m curious about this Location meta on my board.  It is not clickable so I have to ask, what is Bakels?

Hi all,this feels like a bit of a silly issue, but I’m logged into Miro with a Microsoft account.Now, I’d like to log into a different Miro account that is also linked with a Microsoft account.The issue is, when I pick the Microsoft account option at login, I am automatically logged into the old account.I haven’t been able to find anything in Miro or Microsoft settings, deleting cookies did nothing, and neither did deleting this account or unlinking the Microsoft account in the integration settings.Does anybody have a solution?

I cannot open links from the iPad app on a webpage that requires a google sign-in. I need to sign in to access content, but it repeatedly loads the google sign-in page. Anyone else encounter this issue?

Is there a way to add guest users to edit a board on the consultant plan?I have been trying to add users via the share function, but only allows me to either add an email address or copy board link? 

I’m aware that there is is no Datacenter specific integration available at the moment but am curious if there are any known issues with running the server version on Confluence Datacenter?

Hi everyone - I’m new to Miro so was wondering if this use case is supported, or if you could help me understand the best way to do it. I teach dyslexic students online and they can’t hold attention to more than just one page at a time. So I only expose them to one page, let them work online with me on it, and then expose them to the next page. If I go to the previous page, their work is still saved on there (scribbles, drawings etc..). I have a Team account and am new to Miro. I don’t see an option for pagination where there is only one page at a time in front of the viewer where we can collaborate together. The closest I came to was uploading a power point presentation where it did allow me to navigate the deck slide by slide, but the student’s scribbles and work did not associate themselves with each slide in the deck. So if move from Slide 2 to Slide 3, the scribbles the student made on Slide 2 were still visible on Slide 3.  I explored Frames but didn’t see how I could do this qui

I just looked at the options for importing Cards via Excel and the built in app seems awesome. My only constraint is that I work with Government and I want to avoid having the data go through another app (Zapier).Any ideas on other ways to import CSV into “Cards” outside of this? 

Hi I am new to this - After I have uploaded a PowerPoint to Miro and shared my screen via a link invite, how can I get the shared screen to look like mine in terms of slide size and can I change it so that when I move to the next page so does the shared screen user.I ultimately want to upload a powerpoint, share my screen and for both myself and my client to be able to annotate together without my client having to resize and scroll through. Is this possible? Thank you

I and my students have not been able to find a way to erase the whole board or a region of the board. we were able to do this on the old webwhiteboard app that miro replaces. I can sometime select a part of the board and highlight and delete it but that does word well unless the object is in a rectangular layout and today it does not seem to be working at all. 

May I know is miro able to export the graph with some common popular graph format?such as “vsdx”, “xmind”,etc?  the reason i am asking is since I would like to extract the connection information of all the shape and it could be used in python visualization,etc. 

One of my students is having trouble entering any text in our board. She can access the text boxes and type one letter, but then the text box closes without retaining her typing. This happens with all text - in frames, sticky notes, text, and comments. Any suggests are welcome!

Some of the facilitation techniques require Hexagon stickies, do we have a way to customize shape of sticky notes.
