Allow for the option to auto format a flow diagram to ensure connectors do not cross each other.
Allow to format multiple cards at once (ie. modify a grouping of sticky notes to the same size)
If a user has a card locked for edit, allow for ability to unlock the user so others can edit the card.

For the 2nd item, you can select multiple sticky notes and re-size them using the sizing option in the pop-up toolbar (S/M/L).
