I have cpmpleted a board with clients and for the first time can’t adjust their font size to go any bigger than 18 so the stickies are tiny on Large size. How can I alter font size (and sticky size) to larger?

For sticky notes, you can either select them all and manually rescale the batch using the corner handles or you can use the size option in the pop-up toolbar when they are selected to switch it from small to medium or large. When you do this, the text will proportionally increase as the sticky note size increases.
