I indent bullet point notes with Apple notes. However, since new Miro update 0.5.4, when I copy and paste indent notes to Miro, I loose indentation.Is it possible to downgrade Miro’s version on MacOS? 

Has anyone come up with a MIRO template yet that is like a personal OS template as seen in Notion? https://polyinnovator.space/a-notion-life-operating-system/. 

I just started using Miro and see the benefit to using it in meetings. I’m a meeting facilitator and looking for someone who can capture all the ideas on a Miro board while I do my thing. This could be an ongoing gig. My next workshop is Wednesday June 22nd 9am - 12 pm EST.Looking for someone great for this meeting and possible continued collaboration. 

Hello,we are working in a shared table using comments to well...comment. The problem: Every time someone expands the table (by writing long texts or adding a new column) the existing comments are moving in the direction of the expansion.Is there any way to "fix" comments so that they stay in the position where someone put them?Thanks for your help!

Hello!Is there a way to create sub categories that can appear and disappear after clicking a box or a certain segment? Example: A mind map that has 2 main branches. When one of the branches is clicked, its sub branches appear.  Thank you!

Hi,  I need your help I want to copy board from private account to business account. I've done this so far:On a private profile, I changed the owner board to a business profile    2. I tried to copy/paste but I get this message:   When I press command + V (on Macbook) I cant see the copy board    

HelloI’ve added Postits to a table.When I delete a column that does not contain any postits, then a postit that is contained two columns further left is gone. Does anyone knows, why that can happen. It’s not very good, this time I remarked because the table does not conatin many postits...

I teach a remote class, we use Zoom and Miro to collaborate. Whenever I open Miro during class it will inevitably crash, a black screen pops up with white warning text in several languages, and then my computer will shut down briefly.It only seems to happen when I’m using Zoom and Miro at the same time. It never happens to any of my students who also use both Zoom and Miro.My laptop is using Big Sur 11.1 OS, 16G memory and 1536MB VRAMHas anyone else experienced this problem?

I am having trouble changing the font style, i don’t know why i can only see two font styles. what do i do? 

I have looked everywhere but cannot find an way to submit a ticket.

I’m on a paid plan. I have some simple wireframes I need to export as jpegs.But when I click on a board > … > export as image > the only option to export is as a PDF….Can someone show me show to allow me to export as a Jpg please??I see the jpeg option, it’s just greyed out and not clickable….

Miro looks to be a great tool for our project, but as we are expanding the timeline as we build it out, I haven’t found how to lock date points and associated shapes/text when expanding timeline.  When I pull the end of the arrow timeline, it expands and the points on the timeline move along with it, but the associated text shapes are no longer attached to those dates and are askew.  I thank the community in advance for sharing the solution.

Every time I try to type “2. Example” in any text box it replaces the ‘2.’ with a ‘1.’ after I press the spacebar!I know it thinks I’m creating a list but I don’t want it to start from 1. every time!It’s so damn frustrating!!!Is there an option to turn this off/change it or does the design need to change from Miro’s side?If so please fix asap Miro!

PNG images with working transparency (tried in PPT etc) show up with a solid white background in Miro, is there a way to get transparency to function?

I am working on a wireframe and have added several text/dropdown fields. When I update the text in these fields and either refresh or come back to my miro board later, the changes do not save.Has anyone else encountered this issue?All other changes seem to be saving.  

I’ve been working with MIRO free version already for some time with my private email.Recently I also created a MIRO account with my work email. Shortly after, the owner of the company I currently work at purchased a MIRO plan. Recently I started to observe a few different problems:My private account (on my private email) without any notification or anything is now part of the organisation. I had a couple of my boards there and now they are part of the team account. Why is that? I wasn’t added, Wasn’t invited? The only thing I could have done was potentially open a team board with that account (not secured link). When I try to remove myself from the team, I get an info that all the boards will be assigned to the team (it’s also described here I believe - https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026524453-How-to-Leave-a-Team). But all of them are mine. Why is that? How can I work around it? Despite my boss creati

Can I prevent others from seeing my cursor? 

Installed Jira Cards, seems that when we now try to use it, it does not properly populate.  For example: Searching for a project, does not show list of projects.  Everything looks right from a configuration perspective.  Almost seems like there is a security setting somewhere we missed.

Dear Miro-Community,at the moment I am working in a project where we use Miro for the exchange between different departments. We would like to use a background design with a number and Logo to demonstrate the importance of a topic and additionalthe possibility to write new text in front. It would be important to have only one piece so that we can move it easily and copy it. So we search for a function similiar to the grouping in power point or word or the possibility to create a template in Miro. Is there something like this in Miro?Thanks for your help. Best regardsAnnika

I created a template called Teaching African American Literature and worked on it for several days. When I type the title, I see the thumbnail but when I click on the template, I go to a blank board. Why does this keep happening?? Also if I hit Save and Exit: I only exit and nothing is saved.

Hello Miro’ians.  Apologies for this being so long and maybe this should be in the Ideas section?  If so I’ll move it but maybe what I am asking for exists and I just dont know how to do it. As a person that thinks very visually it can be very difficult to explain what I NEED to “see” a project or organize a large overview of projects and how they relate.  After playing with many many many apps and software, Miro is the first piece of software that gets very close to being a tool that would allow me to build a living environment with a dashboard overview to organize my Projects and Life.The more I use and experiment, the more capable i see that it is but I believe it can be so much more.  I love the templates and use cases people have developed that are fascinating and have opened my eyes for how organization and collaboration can be taken to more than just the next level.  I have built a solution in no time and little experience for a buddy of mine tha

Hi there, I am using flow chart boards only and I do color my nodes.There is only 16 colors. Great... ^^ However, my nodes have a variety of shades of a single color and I can’t uniform it.That looks super unprofessional and requires post-production if we are serious about presentation. Cheers,DS
