Hi thereI tried embed a board to Howspace, but it dind’t work even i followed Miro’s guidelines. I was wondering now can i even do it with the education license?

Hi,I have a little problem with my upgrade plan. Accidentally I upgraded the wrong team that I’ve never know and I couldn’t find any options to transfer my upgrade to another team.What I wanted to do is use the plan in my team and protect my team board from anonymous people. but now my coworkers and I are in the random team and I paid 11 seats for that team. Any help would be appreciated.

New to Miro - Hello, I created a board but can’t type in it anymore - neither to edit stickies or text previously added by me, nor when I try and add new stickies - there just seems to be no option to change the text or type something new. this also happens when I create a new board - I can’t seem to type, nothing happens when I click in the space/on the sticky. I’m using Miro in Chrome, on my MacBook, and have just joined the lowest paid option (for three team members). Please help! TIA 

Hi there. Classic situation… I click to select multiple nodes. By accident I moved them. I can’t undo it, without losing selection. I hope there is functionality I simply don’t know about rather than Miro not being developed well enough in that regard. Cheers,DS 

I’m using Miro on my desktop and I just inserted an image using Stickies Capture. The writing was converted into text onto a sticky, but I can’t edit it even though it’s unlocked. How can I edit the text? 

I want to draw an user story map and then use it to export the user stories to Jira. Will a paid plan support this integration?

Question. How can I prevent the (mouse user) right-click activated menu from appearing while utilizing the enhanced, and improved - super innovative right-click navigation? Vent. As a regular Miro user and fan, I get using the spacebar and left-click drags and “V” to switch to the hand, however, when your regular users promote and leverage the whiteboard collaborative tool in their dealings with clients and partners who don’t use Miro on a day-to-day - it’s starting to get absolutely annoying, agitating, and we, not Miro employees, must ensure we have something similar to a “Miro Tech or SME” in our organization and then subsequently must block valuable time with the client in workshopping activities so that we provide a familiarization 101, and now a 201 and upper-level courses because of the bugginess and frequent updates. Hi,I’ve had issues presenting my Miro Board (Browser, Chrome) in a conference with 50 participants. The resolution of the board on the shared screen window in WebEx was very blurry. It didn’t happen with other sites or documents that have been shared. I would like to know what I can do in order to avoid this issue for further meetings in bigger groups when:working on the miro board sharing the miro board in a WebEx meetingThanks in advance.Best regards,Robert

Hi all,My spacing is way too wide on my mind map. When I try to manually resize, it auto-corrects itself to where it was before. I am not sure how to make the spacing smaller. Any ideas? TIA The desired spacing optionWhat I have now 

I got an email Highlights  from a meeting  which showed all my team members had edited the board on that day - does this mean that they had all logged on for this meeting on that day ?

Hi, I have added Grid to my board following the guidance https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011986519-Grids Working with text To add the text, you need to double-click the cell and start typing. You can change the size, color, and position of the text. You can also create a bulleted list by clicking the button Add list.   But cannot add text to a cell. When I double click, it zooms in but will not place text. Have buttons for formatting the text, but no Add List button. Driving me insane, must be doing something really stupid….. help much appreciated.

Does anyone out there have a GIF that shows a Miro meeting “in action” with several participants/cursors moving around? (I want to include a 2-5 second GIF image in a short newsletter introducing Miro … I will verbally explain the software but it is always cool to have a GIF added … you know, “a picture is worth a thousand words”.  Thanks in advanceP.S.  I do not want to insert a video, that causes other problems but a GIF works very well.  Thanks in advance if you know where there may be one I can “borrow”)

Look, this is simple and to the point.  I’m a Miro Enterprise customer, and I’m not interested in Miro product management in Russia telling me how much data was analyzed about how “people needed the right-button navigation mode implemented”, or “why it’s a better experience”, or “please tell us how we can do better next time”.  That’s all a smokescreen to the sheer arrogance -- and unwillingness to consider why it’s a bad change -- of the change made in navigation mode, because of these simple things to consider:My users -- existing and new -- know the left button for navigation works.  Miro makes this change with zero preparation for admins, zero warning that it’s coming, and zero chance for me to retrain my users (assuming I want to).  On what planet is this even a rational decision?  Suddenly, my team managing Miro has to scramble to help users learn to re-learn the tool?  Thanks for adding to my workload.  And, not even a simple, “Hey, we’re sorry, we broke your work, and we should

We are considering to buy the Team license plan (Enterprise plan is not needed and we think the features coming out of Teams plan should be more than enough for our online collaboration meetings). We are a team around 50 users. Not all of the 50 users will need and use Miro to the extent of a facilitator. So there will be a set of power users (around 30) - user who will use most of the paid features, and the remaining will be mostly participants on Miro workshops / meetings. So, for cost effectiveness, if we choose to buy the Team plan only for 30 users, and the remaining 20 being on the free plan, how would it work? Would the 20 (those on free plan) users be able to join as participants on the workshops organised say by one of the set of power users (those on a paid Team plan) and still be able to use Miro’s features? What will be available for use for these participants when interacting on the canvas/boards? What will not be available for use for these participants when interacting o

Logged into the app but it’s stuck in a loading animation

Hi All Happy Christmas….  I am a new user to Miro, and absolutely love it…  We use it every day at work for collaborative working.  I am part of a community at work on a shared paid for board, and have my free boards too.  On one of our free boards I downloaded a template from templates, which had some fabulous monsters in it..  as I liked the temperature objects.  However, we chose a different template to work with and now we cant delete the template from our board as it appears to be locked.  Any ideas how we can get rid of it.  We  have all tried to remove it but with no success..

Does anyone know how to make the org chart more condensed and readable? I made one with all our information, but in order to show the whole chart at once, the words have to be super small. I need to be able to see everything on one screen.

This article talks about using user credentials for Jira Cards to integrate with Miro:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402396447890The section “How to enable individual Jira credentials for Jira Cards?” suggests I should see an “Open Settings” button:  However, In my settings for Jira Cards, I do not see this button.  It looks like this: This is the screen to configure Jira access the soon-to-be-deprecated way, yes?  Am I missing a step to enable the “Open Settings” button to enable Individual user credentials for Jira Cards? Thanks for any help, it is appreciated. 

So I finally was getting the hang of using the mind map, and finishing up what I was to show the boss tomorrow and recommend that we go pro with Miro - and just as I’m putting the finishing touches on the screen - some weird text appears that simply says “Location” - like it was a left over element from another template. I delete the “Location” text - and it drops my entire mind map...dozens of branches vanish. I click ‘undo’ so much my mouse starts to smoke but nothing comes back. I researched what I could do here on the boards, and tried the board history pane - tried restoring to almost every single point on the board history pane and GOT NO WHERE! I hope this is some type of messed up joke, because I was crushin’ hard on miro and pushing for our company to adopt as a great new planning tool!!! :( PLEASE HELP!

In the past few days I had to get a new computer and I am having serious issues using Miro.When I write with the pen the board moves to another location frequently (numerous times within a minute) also when writing on an image the image often moves and also not all pen strokes seem to be registered. I have tried changing the navigation from touchpad to mouse to touchscreen with no improvement.I think the problem seems to present itself when the fingers on my writing hand (left hand) hit the page. I have been using Miro for months and this was never a problem before. I do not think it is a reasonable solution to hover my hand carefully above the page. This has been what I have been forced to do short term as an emergency but it is not sustainable it has also slowed me down exponentially.I did contact Miro around 24 hours ago but so far I have not had a response so I am asking here.My computer Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 windows 10

Hello, we are creating a mini training which people can follow by themself. The training contains 7 parts (for every day 1 during one week). We want to hide 6 parts when people start at monday, but we would like to reveal the second part on tuesday automaticly. Because, this training starts every week. So everybody who wants to join, get a link to a bord with the training for the first monday to come. But other ones will start a week later for example on another bord so they don’t see the parts yet. This means that we have to think of revealing a frame EVERY day during a longer period which could be forgotten. We don’t want that. Somebody an idea of revealing automaticly is possible?Thanks!
