The existing Team Admin and I have been trying to follow this guide to change ownership of our team from her to me. However, in the Team Settings page, she cannot see the three dots to the right of each user that would allow her to change their status or delete them from the team. Is this a known issue, and is there any way to get around it?

+13If using a browser, have they tried disabling all browser extensions - opening in an Incognito window usually accomplishes this.
Can you share a screenshot of what they are seeing? (The more the better, e.g., the whole Miro screen, blurring/masking any email addresses.)
