I have the free option, and one of the boards from one day to the next stopped working, when I open it, it shows me the board for 2 seconds and then it stays stuck, it does not allow me to zoom, and when I try it, the entire board it looks white.I tried everything recommended by Miro, but I still have the same problem.

While I am not a fan of Miro, I am forced to use it and continue to find much of the product annoying and not well suited to its stated purpose as a collaborative easy to use tool.  Lately the most frustrating feature is the default setting of having story cards that are on a grid snapped/attached to grid parameters.  There is no apparent way to disable this feature.  Any time I have to adjust the size, or location, of a card on my grid based roadmap - I have to remember to hold down the CTRL button or the grid stretches to accomodate the card.  I can’t imagine a document that requires card sizing and/or location changes more than a roadmap.   P.S.  The strange sizing of the “whiteboard” at 1% is beyond comprehension!  Whoever did this needs to be fired immediately.  I have to create giant objects to read the font and build out the cards, then reduce my view to -1% to see a complete view of the document/object I am creating.  Sharing screens and presenting is a

A board started loading and it never ends. Other boards works well. Android, I have cleaned cache several times.

I use miro to outline videos and novels and often get asked about my process by viewers; I’d love to promote a product I can actually vouch for.  Does anyone know if this is a thing?

Hi there. I created my account a few weeks ago in order to access some Miro diagrams a consultant created for my employer. I used the “Sign on with Google” feature. Then I got married and changed my name, so my employer changed my email address.I tried to use the “change email” function, but it wants my current password and I don’t have one.How do I get Miro to acknowledge my new email address?Thanks!

Hello, yesterday I have been upgraded to a student account, but it doesn’t seem to work. An upgrade button still appears and many features that should be there aren’t present.

When export a board divided into frames (presentation), the first few pages are loaded, the rest are loaded as empty sheets 

I’m new to this and have searched for an answer. Please help if you know the answer. We are mid-project, with all documents thus far created in PPT. Someone decided to switch to Miro. Is there a way to upload PPT slides and retain the ability to edit/move the elements on each slide? If not, I will have to recreate all the documentation in Miro format so that past and future elements are consistent, and flexible as results evolve. If not possible, for the love of god why not? I can’t be the only person in this bind. 

Hey, first of all it is very annoying not to be able to easily contact direct support from Miro,Now, why my guess users cannot copy board content? even if all settings are correct on the board and team level? is this a license restriction? my guess are using free accounts, and I got the “working with clients” type of license,any tips,Thank you!

Hi Everyone! I’m making a presentation that I’d like to somewhat turn into a video, but I was wondering if there’s a keyboard shortcut to to advance from one link to the next, separate from advancing through frames/slides? The idea is that I’d like to jump around in a frame/slide from one linked icon to to the next.I suppose I could create a frame for each icon, but that seems a bit tedious. I don’t recall anything in the University that showed that type of feature, but I could certainly be wrong.Edit: an addendum/idea to this would be the potential to rout-trace the arrows to each icon and/or frame. 

I’m suddenly having numerous keyboard issues with Miro. Experiencing it in the desktop and the browser. Many issues includingI am typing in Miro and suddenly lose focus in the text box and get bounced out.  I multi-click to select all and the text disappears When editing text with keyboard, it will suddenly delete what I’ve writen up to that point yet keep on entering text as I typeMy software is up-to-date. I have restarted my computer. None of our other designers are experiencing this but it’s killing my productivity. Very frustrating. Am I alone in this? 

I am really stuck on my delivery of the content of one specific board!The frames of the board are populated with a mix of standard Miro components and (cropped) images.When exporting more than one frame (in best quality) results in a PDF with changing (each time) mix of normal, empty and partial empty pages.I tried another similarly populated board, it did not have this problem I tried copying my frames to an other board, had same problem I tried exporting one of the failing frames it worked fine I tried exporting in low quality, fineI am using an SSO enterprise account, if that might influence your answer. Assistance appreciated, ​​​​​​​

We are using Miro on multiple 85inch BenQ touch screens and the tool menu disappears. We are not able to get it back. From then on you are stuck with the tool you were using when the menu disappeared. This is happening in multiple locations.Extremely frustrating. Please help

When selecting a line element close to the top - the menu is hidden. I have to strategically move it around to select the formatting. Other selected items move the formatting menu around the page to still have it visible but I can’t get it to work with a line selection. Examples below. Thanks.
