We have no way of accessing it as we are under a free plan. We have no history of who deleted it; it is of crucial importance to restore it. Can anyone help?

What happens when you click on the board link? Even if the board is deleted, it should still be accessible for up to 30 days when you click on its URL.
In case that doesn’t work, although free plans don’t generally have Miro product support access you could try to open a support request here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
