We are a fellowship with about 60 users at one time. As fellows graduate, we would like to transfer those Miro Licenses to the new incoming fellows. Is this possible?

Yesterday I used the Screen Sharing function and it worked perfectly, though the app rebooted when I clicked on the Video conference icon. My partner tried it too and he had the same issue. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what it’s going on? I tried it on the Miro App installed on a Mac. Thanks :) 

Hi,  I was using Miro earlier under consultant plan (1 Team Member) and I cancelled my subscription in March. I wanted to upgrade now from Free to Team Plan (2 Team Members), and I tried to do it from my dashboard. For some reason the upgrade popup didn’t give me an button to upgrade to Team (2 members), only an option to reactivate the consultant plan. I then went to homepage and from pricing, ended up purchasing the team plan for 2 (20$ per month plan)   After that I can’t seem to find seem to find this reflect on my account, my previous boards remains locked, I can’t add team members as it is asking me to pay under consultant plan. Its been very confusing overall and I would like some help to sort this out.    Thanks in advance,  Zijah

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my free plan to a consultant plan. However, when I log in I do not see an upgrade button in the upper right corner. Clicking on the consultants plan on the pricing page sends my computer in a loop searching on my dashboard, with no result. Can any one help here?   Many thanks, Koen  

We’d like to use Miro for a session upcoming Monday to get interaction into a session. We just checked the tool and were wondering if there is a private editing mode with external guests at Miro as we do not want the attendees to make an account by themselves. Is there any opportunity to have a private Miro session with a secure link or a public link with a password?   Thanks for your support!  

Is there any way to measure distance? Something like a ruler tool, or if a line can be drawn between two points with a length display? Thanks!

where do I find the emoticons to add to the board and how can I upload avatar?

I will be holding a workshop within shortly with 100 people, I consider myself as fairly experienced in holding workshops for teams (5-25 people) but haven’t done anything this big before.  My setup is Zoom + Miro, do you have previous experience of running workshops at that size? Is it possible to place (3rd party?) chat windows on a miro board?  

I just spent 40+ minutes on a custom template, and then once I figured out how to access it, I accidentally deleted it instead of the bad one.  There has to be a way to recover this, right?  Any help ASAP appreciated!

Hi Guys - we are using Miro boards to capture information which could potentially be sensitive in nature (mainly healthcare related) - is there any way / or are there any plans to password protect boards? - this is really a ‘must have’ in terms of academic research ethics.

And I have now a problem to add day passess !! (argh….) when I try this (to add a member on my team, in order to select “day pass”), I don’t have any choice, only add a monthly contributor… I can’t find how to add members, with day pass !!  Thank you once more in advance... Florence

Hi there! Like so many others I am confused about the different pricing models.   I work for a IT consulting company. We would like to start to use Miro for workshops with our clients. Normally, there will be two consultants in one workshop and several people from the client.   If we think about using the business plan, does it mean we need at least to buy 20 licenses?   Does team member mean that you can create boards, whereas guest editors can only work on the already created boards?   Thanks Ines    

Hi It seems I created all of my board in a size that Miro wants me to zoom all the time if I add something new. Could I resize the whole thing to a 50% view for example?

Is there a way to link the kanbans or other elements like tables or external numbers the chart table?  

Hi there, Is there a recommended method for mass deployment of the Miro desktop app in an enterprise environment? We specifically want to deploy the 64-bit version via SCCM but I am struggling to find any guidance. An msi package or machine-wide installer (similar to MS Teams) would be ideal. Thanks, Chris

Hi all,  I love miro, we are working with this tool really often as Trainers / Coaches. So we invite guest members often. Sometimes the “follow”-button via the shortnames doesn't work for them. is there any way to collect one or more people on the board to bring them to another place? like clicking on one name and move this name to a different frame?   Thanks for your help! I have a problem with cards : I try to associate an action (= card), to a personn who is contributing to the board. But, when I click on the icon (:who), I have no choice, only my name, even if we are 4 people working on the board (there isn’t any list, with names of people contributing) these people don’t belong to my team, but they have been invited with the link, and have registered with their email.  One more information : I have already facilitated a session, and created such cards ( with attribution of people for each action), and now, it doesn’t work !! what’s happening ?  Thank you in advance,  Florence

I’ve created a personal map in Google with many custom icons. When trying to embed it, the iFrame only shows the request to login, with no possible interaction with the frame. I am already logged in in Google with the browser using for Miro, so I don’t know if this obstacle can be overcome, or if it simply not possible to embed a Google “My Map”. Thank you for your help.  

Hi I am new to Miro and was just fooling around and loved the interface and flexibility of the mind map to create the workflows that I need. The only feature that I couldnt find that was frustrating me to no end was the “Align / Distribute” function that is common space with other white boarding / drawing tools. I tried the auto align option for the Child groups, but that doesnt do the trick like I intend for it to and I am having to manually select each child and then align it to the grid. Any chance an align / distribute function is being worked upon or if there is already such an option, can one of you point me to it? Thanks in advance. Best

If so, as a student of an Italian University, can I apply for it? Can my collegues (researchers at the same university) apply either for the student or the teacher plan? Thank you!

Hi. I wanted to know if a large Prysm touch interactive screen will support Miro? If so, are there any limitations when working on Miro directly on the touch interactive screen?

both in the App and in the browser I suddenly cannot see most of my boards anymore… In the Team profile it still says that we have the correct number of boards. and other Team members see the boards. My account is the admin…  I tried logging out at signing back in I tried different view settings I checked if things where moved into trash   nothing…      

I’ve got the tables and charts app in the toolbar, when I drag the table to the board I can’t find it. 

Hey, we are new in Miro and one of my members has log in in several devices and he can change an object size, he can create objets, he can type, but he can’t move objets for one place to another (and no, these objetcs are not blocked). Any idea how to fix it?
