Thickness of pen doesn't change

Thanks for reporting this. If the pen lines remain barely visible even after changing the thickness, could you let us know whether this happens on all boards or just one?

If possible, please also share a short video showing the issue, including how you adjust the thickness control. This will help us better understand what’s happening and investigate further.

After reading a post where a similar problem was discussed, I see that when I increase the zoom of the page the thickness changes (in a different board) and become “thicker”.. so apparently there is a problem with the level of zoom when I start drawing on the board with but I am not sure how to actually make sure to correct that.

What I am doing is using a board where I start including images and other elements provided by the miro board. Since I want to make sure that everything remains visible at a glance when a user logs in, I made the zoom level very little it is actually at 1%. This allows me to have a bird view of the board with all its elements. Then users have to zoom out a bit to go work with a specific part of the board (elements). This is when the issue happens. If I zoom in an element and start using the pen

then the lines are barely visible. On the other hand if I increase the zoom level of the board the elements become too big to work with but the thickness of the pen lines increases.
So how can I actually start “well” with the right zoom level, so that it easy to zoom in and out and the lines drawn have the expected thickness and each user that logs in can see what they are supposed to see?
