Hello Miro Community Team!I am a teacher at an accredited public secondary school. Unfortunately, our school does not provide teachers or staff with educational email accounts (we do not have a .edu or .k12 domain). Because of this, the standard application form doesn't let me proceed with my personal Gmail address.According to Miro's guidelines, I can provide manual proof of my employment. I have a link to my teacher profile on the official school website and an ID document to confirm my status.Could you please convert my request into a support ticket for manual verification by the Education Plan team?Thank you for your help!

Same issue here for a lot of schools outside the US plenty of accredited institutions just don't hand out .edu or .k12 addresses to staff, so the form locks you out through no fault of your own. Your best bet is exactly what you're doing: ask support to escalate it manually. Attach your school profile link, a staff ID, and maybe a signed letter on school letterhead if you can get one. That combination usually clears manual verification without much back and forth. Hope they sort it quickly for you.
