Team specific board concatenation into a PI board

Hello 

 

I would like to help multiple teams to define their pi planning individually (aka per squad), however their tickets should be visible into a program board where the teams can manage dependencies.

    Thanks for sharing your use case! Just to make sure I understand correctly: you’d like each squad/team to manage their own PI Planning board independently, while also having the relevant tickets visible in a shared program-level board where teams can track and manage dependencies.

    Could you let me know which ticketing tool you’re using (for example, Jira), and whether you’re looking to sync the tickets automatically between the team and program boards?

    This will help me point you in the right direction.
