Всем привет! Почему-то в приложении для Windows перестали отображаться курсоры других участников на доске. Появляется только когда другой участник выделяет объект. В веб версии всё нормально работает. Приложение недавно обновила через Microsoft store но проблема не решилась. Кто-нибудь сталкивался с с такой проблемой? Как решили?

Can I customize my feed for it to only show me notifications of the board I’m in?

Hello everybody! Me and my collegue was working in the same board and we were sure she is the owner of this board. Today we came to an office and realized that our main board suddenly was deleted, not by us.And Miro doesn’t give us to restore that board. It saying only to ask the owner to restore it. But the point is that the owner (my collegue) can’t do it.What we can do? How we can know who is the owner of our deleted board? 

Hi everyone!I have some problems with creating projects, I didn't know how to contact with support so I decided to write a topic.I have education plan but on the upper left corner there’s inscription “free”does it mean that my student's subscription has not been activated, because I can’t create projects (folders), when I click “create a project”, a window with "start trial" appears. But I received an email that my subscription is activated. 

Hello! I had 3 active boards on friday and now is Monday and only 1 still is editable. Why? I did not make any other boards….Also in my recent boards I see one board which is not mine and I didnt add it and i can’t leave it. Could you please help me ? What shall I do to have possibility to edit?

Hi, I can’t log in my clickup account through the miro board. In the clickup popup in the board there is just simply no Login shown. I can’t find the answer to my problem. Does anybody have the solution?

I have not been able to move Elements forward or backward today with that notice displaying down in the screen. I have tried different profiles and different boards. How do I know I am using an interactive template and how do I finish using it? It is the first time I have this problem. Have anyone else had this problem and solved it? 

Up till now I have been able to embed a Miro whiteboard in a Google Meet call and then share it to all participants. Suddenly this feature isn’t working. I choose “Embed board” then “Start Activity”. The Miro whiteboard appears in my Meet window, but the other participants on the call can’t see it. And the option to “share this screen” is now greyed out, saying “You’re not allowed to share your screen”. It used to prompt me to share it, but now won’t even allow it manually. Something in the way the Miro add-on works seems to have broken. Currently, I am utilizing the embed iframe option for this purpose. However, I've noticed that the embedding seems primarily oriented for landscape mode, and the options for resizing the frame appear to be somewhat restrictive.My primary interest lies in embedding these sites in a portrait mode to better suit their layout and user interaction patterns, especially considering the vertical design of many web forms and AI assistant interfaces. I believe this could significantly improve the usability and integration of these tools within Miro boards.Could anyone share insights or experiences regarding:The possibility of embedding websites in a portrait orientation within Miro boards. Hello! My e-mail has changed but are connected to same Gmail-account. So when I log in with my Google for work-account the old e-mail is registered at Miro. But I can´t change to my new e.mail since it says that it´s allready registered… Can support help me out? I´m on education plan...

Hi there, I have come across this issue a number of times now and I’m now at my wits end on what I do to resolve. I have an arrow head that I no longer require in the middle of my board and I just can’t seem to delete it. I can’t move it. I can’t change it’s colour. I can’t do anything. Is this a bug? Am using miro on both Chrome and Edge, Windows 11.Thanks

I suspect this is a problem with my GPU (Video Card), however, I wanted to check all the boxes by posting here to see if anyone else with an Intel motherboard/video card has experienced this (I”m Windows 10 Enterprise)I have a systems diagram, and I used dashed lines to represent DC power connections.  When I zoom in on it, either in the Windows App, Edge, or Chrome, I get a “checkboard” pattern appearing over part of that screen, usually the same color.    The artifact is captured by doing a “copy image “ on a frame!While I get the artifact in other apps (i.e. Slack), it is super consistent with Miro.  I’ve updated all Windows, Intel, and HP drivers.  I’ve run HP advanced diagnostics.  I’ve changed docking stations (the artifact lives on the built in HP Screen). The old “Disable Hardware Acceleration” doesn’t exist on my system, rather I can adjust Graphics settings to Power Savings or Performance on an .exe (Application) basis.   I’ve adjusted screen resolutions as well.MIRO/Advanced

Performance seems to be significantly affected with multiple frames in a singles board.  Q1. Any way to improve this?Q2. Any other good to provide many board users with a good overview?

My team are have all been having performance issues with Miro this week.  We’re all working from home - so on different wifi connections and also are working on different boards.  We are finding that when we click onto something like a post-it, a box or a text-box - that sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Or you might have to wait minutes to be able to click on something. We are also finding frames incredibly at times do not want to be selected. I’m assuming this is again a responsiveness issue. We try to expand or change a frame - and we can’t.   

First time I experienced this throughout my work with Miro and it makes work annoying.I cannot manipulate object order (send back or in front) when they are in a defined frame, but I can do it if the objects are out of frame. See two pictures: two circles in the frame - I cannot manipulate order. Once the same circles are out of frame - I can manipulate order.Is there an issue with my board setting or is this internal Miro functionality? I tested with different boards and got the same results. 

 recently a bug has started appearing that you can’t add text into boxes, there is just no such optionwhen you change the type of box to “T” however  the option to add text reappearsalso this thing happens on the computer only, on the android app you can text normally 

I’d like to save versions of an org chart, but since it changes from time to time I’d like to have a way to save the old one in version history before adding the new member to it

New to mind mapping and am having trouble getting started.  I got my miro account, so step 1 is done.  With all the templates, it’s a little confusing deciding which ones to use.  Do you guys have 2 or 3 you use as go-to’s for creating new maps?  

The colors are too white, the grid is lost and there is no background clour.

As I noticed, the “bring everyone to me”-function is only working, if i share the board with everyone and only with giving writing rights to everyone.In my opignion, this is contraproductive.I want to bring everyone to me also if I gave only reading rights to my audience.I want to make a presentation to my listeners without giving them writing rights. Is there a special setting in the setting options I overlooked?

My manager sent me an invite via outlook to join a Miro board. I have received 52 mails now despite accepting the invitation. How do I make these stop and why is it happening? 

When I started using miro it reacted very fast. Now it is getting slower and slower from month to month, despite my internet connection being stable at 70 MBit/second.What happens here? Are you sitting new customers on fast machines, and shifting your loyal customers to slower machines?Please do not tell us: too much load … that means many customers and much money that you could invest into fast infrastruchture. Why dont you do that? 

It seems to have vanished from the UI. I can see my ‘starred’ boards but I cannot star any new boards
