Hi there-I am working off of a diagram where owners of steps of the process are differentiated by shape- is there a way to create different views by shape? I tried grouping shapes but it keeps grouping all the different shapes together.

Hi! How can I look an acitvity card inside a table (the lock is hidden as soon as I bring the card into the table)? I can only lock them outside the table.

Greetings,I really like Miro and I’d like to use it as my knowledge hub, but I need a robust text searching:Is there a global search option, so that I can search for a string of text across ALL the boards and the projects? Does Miro searches inside my documents, such as PDFs, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, documents I embed from Google Drive?Or: how do I find things inside those documents? Any workaround?Thank you?

I’m using emojis to tag sticky notes in a massive brainstorm activity.I’d like to then be able to filter by emoji. Is it possible? I guess if not, I should be using tags instead but it’s not as fun or easy.If not possible, is it something that may be possible in future? Thanks!Elite

When I was using the search function in Miro, I got the response that Miro matched my search to items in one of the boards, but that I needed to have the Enterprise Plan to use that feature. Is anyone reading this on that plan? It seems very handy, but I don’t really need features beyond the Team Plan...Wondering if the cost for just that feature could be tailored to my existing plan AND how the Enterprise plan works for others.

Hi everyone, I’m using Miro Free and I was able to edit a box on my board before, but now I’m not - a big STOP sign comes up whenever I try to type / edit it.The box is not locked - the padlock is open, so I don’t know what to do to resolve this.Can anyone suggest anything please? Thank you for your suggestions.Eilir

I know that Miro has supported Ukraine and I heard that Ukrainians can get their plans upgraded, in particular, accounts using the free one – at least until August 2022.Could someone please tell me what is needed to upgrade the plan – e.g to the Team plan?I would be extremely grateful for your answer. Hello! Please tell me, is there support for Jira Assets fields in Jira Cards Integration for Miro? We use Jira 8.13 DC with the Insight plugin and Miro does not see Jira Insight fields and cannot work with them. If we update Jira to version 9, in which Jira Insight became Jira Assets, will it be possible to work with Assets fields, namely the ability to fill them in when creating issues from Miro and the ability to display them on issue cards on boards?

I went to miro.com and clicked the Sign Up Free button. Upon entering my work email, I was prompted to join my company’s team. Some of our Miro boards are set up so that anyone with the link can edit, but I couldn’t open them or any other Miro link, which would always send me to the “Your request was sent” page. In other words, once you’re signed in but the request is pending, there is no way to sign out.I managed to sign out by clearing my browser’s local storage, session storage and cookies, and only then I was able to open the Miro links shared with me. It would be nice to have a sign out button on the “Your request was sent” page to avoid this bad user experience.

Hi- I created my first journey, but it is very difficult to see it all in one page. Please help. This is due tomorrow morning. 

I have seen many posts about “how to copy paste elements from one board to another”.   Let’s start with, I am on the business account, and I own both boards.  A simple, highlight all, and then do a classic “copy/paste” and it fails every time in which it pasts a link to the board and not the Chart or image I want to bring over...such as a simple template that I don’t want to set as a template.I am using Chrome, and have been unable to find how to install the Plug-in that that everyone references to.  Can anyone post a link here how to set up my Miro account or board with the ability to do a very simple “Highlight, copy, paste” and then all the items copy over to my other board.    From a user experience perspective, this is quite frustrating. Thanks so much for the help and guidance.

Hi! I'm going to give a presentation in person and I want to click through my slides with a presentation clicker (Wireless Presenter Remote) just like you would use the arrows on your keyboard, but it is not working.Is it true that this is not possible (yet)?

Fellow Miro Heroes,I am having an issue with embedding a Miro board into another Miro board using an iFrame. Previously, the thumbnail or preview of the embedded board was displayed, but now a generic thumbnail is shown and the iFrame has a 16:9 aspect ratio. Is there a way to revert to the old way of displaying the thumbnail, or to customize the thumbnail that is shown? The old method looked much better and I have tried various solutions without success. Hello,  there is any way to prevent that someone can download an image fron my shared board. We have a situation where a client download an image in process and use it for commercial use, Soit will be great if some content of a board is lock and can be unlock just by me. Thanks in advance for your help.  

I often use sticky notes to keep track of tasks. As such I would duplicate these sticky notes from a pool of tasks and place them accordingly (to other people, dates etc.) I’ve created color codes for these sticky notes to indicate their status. Everything in this case is working quite well, but it would be nice that when a copy of these sticky notes are updated, it would reflect on the original sticky note, so that I would not have to go back and update. Not a big deal to go back and change it, but it would remove that extra step.

Can Miro be linked with the On prem version of Jira? I recently joined my organization as an RTE and looking to link Jira with Miro which doesn't seem to exist as of now. If the answer to the first question is yes, then how can I do it? 

Since the latest Edge update, Talktrack isn’t working (but it does in Chrome)Error is:Oops! Board Recordings feature is not supported yet.For now, Board Recordings beta is only available in the latest versions of Chrome desktop browser.It was working for several weeks until last week when Edge updated.Any ideas?

Hello! I use the Azure cards integration with Miro. I’m trying to size all of the Azure cards the same in Miro, however have noticed that on some cards the font size of the title will shrink to display more of the title than others. Does anybody know how I can size Azure cards the same but have the font size of the title shrink to display the whole title?

When I attempt to export a board as a vector image, I see the attached image for about 20 seconds before it disappears. There is no dialog box to rename or save the expected pdf file. 

 I thought that you had a “what’s new” in-app menu.  I got an email with what’s new in 2023 and it was impressive.  It would be better to have it in the app (especially since you crank out a steady stream of new features.I can’t find itSorry if I’m confusing you with another application.
