Every day i need to log in anew. Every day i need to reset my password.I don’t get any password reset mails (when i can’t login, so nobody tried to reset it?), lack the ability to view the login history of my account and have 2 factor authentication enabled (unlikely malicious intent).How is this happening every single day? I deliberatly tested this and chose the same password and i still couldn’t log in. At this point i rule out my user error.Any ideas?

Just started using Miro last month and I’m a big fan! We’ve been very impressed with the system and have loved using it.  I’m on a Consultant account with a number of different teams. As we’ve learned and increased our usage, we’re changing how we organize things. I’m wondering if it’s possible to move boards within one Team (and Project) to an entirely different Team (and Project)?  Thanks in advance!

How to change the Board Link on a Miro Board (to stop viewing, editing by members who have left the company)

When I try to load a board on my PC it doesn't charge, it gets into a perpetual loading state. What can I do? I changed browsers, deleted cookies and still having this problem, in other devices it works great.

Hello!I have a teacher who has been using SVI Solutions’s VIA (a sort of Zoom alternative) for teaching for years. One of her favourite features was the Activity module which allowed her to give a unique copy of an activity to each student, on which they would work individually with no access to one another’s copy, and then, at the end of the activity, she could project any one of the different copy for the rest of the group to see.Now, because of security concerns, we can no longer use VIA in our institution, I have been trying to recreate what she could do using a mix of Teams and Miro. For the activities, I had in mind to create different frames for each students and they could work on their copy. Then, once the activity’s completed, she can simply zoom on it and use “ Bring everyone to me “ to show the work to the rest of the class. The problem that I run into is that the teacher would want students not to be able to see each other working during the activity. Hi everyone, I have a board with many many images. Some of these are logos and one of these logos needs to be changed. I’ve been all over the Miro help pages looking to see if it was possible to select a specific image, repeated in multiple frames/places, so that it can be replaced. Am I missing something obvious? Let’s suppose I have around 50 frames, each frame contains a logo plus several other images. If I select one image I can replace it with something from the board (or Unsplash), but if I select multiple images the Replace option disappears. Do I have to travel around the board replacing each individual log (eg using Replace > Replace from Board) or is there another way of doing this that’s less tedious/prone to human error.It would be  great if the image tool had some sort of asset management option. Plus I’m not completely sure why the Branding Centre has no logo management built in.

the lines were connected and much clearer when i first use miro, now they all look like this, they only look better when i zoom in. is there any way to fix it? i dont remember toggling anything in the settings

I can’t find the issue, but I’m new here, so forgive if answered before. On a board when I copy paste these two sentences below, the bold format is lost.  Description: A Record is received into a system location and immediately on receipt, the system location sends a notification to a queueInputs: A Record is received from an external organisation into the system location If we have Description and Inputs as a part of a template we want to retain the bold format. Not sure whether to ask Community or Developers, but asking Community for any help. Thanks.

I have a Macbook (2015). I use Miro in Google chrome as I can’t update my macbook any more. I keep getting signed out as soon as i sign in.

Hi, I have the link to the miro board created by my team member.  But the team member has left the org and now I’m unable to connect to the board. I’d like to have a PDF of the boards he created.   Is there a way to get the board as read only or as a PDF?

For some reason when I lock a web preview the ability to click the link to the site is no longer available… why is that? I’d like to provide a bunch of links to help people get context for a workshop but lock them so that people won’t mistakenly move them around. 

Hi there, I always embed miro boards in Zoom to facilitate workshops. But recently, all the images (screenshots) on the boards do not display - showing as a grey area only. Do you have any idea how to solve it?*It works well in both Miro App and web browsers 

HiI am using the Miro Organizational chart template and would like to embed images with the name blocks so if they shift, the image shifts too - much like a comment would.I started by linking images i.e. dotted line but i just end up with spaghetti if the org chart changes. Any help would be really appreciated. Hi, I am trying to find information about rights to use illustrations/material created using Miro. We are wondering if we can publish the material online, on poster and so on?  (I work in the public sector). Here are some not so unrealistic scenarios. 1: we create a user journey in Miro “from scratch”, we don’t use templates 2: we create a user journey in Miro “from scratch” and we use icons available in Miro 3: we create user journey using a template, we use icons available in Miro etc etc  I have looked around the Miro website, various forums and threads, so far I have not found much about rights, creative common or anything like this. I would much appreciate it if someone could point me int he right direction or are able to provide answers    Thanks in advance!
