Hi,I created a board - have linked different sections and parts of my board.Everything works fine.Every link does what it should. But … when I create a template out of my board the links are absolute:They open the old board which I used for creation of the template. How can I make that the links only work inside of the board seperately inside my template without going into my old board …BestMichael
Hello all ! I am on free account plan. I want to re-edit a “view only” board. I’ve read that if I was changing the “sharing settings” on this board I was able to edit again this board but it remains in “view only”.I don’t mind to set another active board in view only, in order to remain with only 3 editable boards but I can’t find a way to change my current active boards.How can I do ? Hi,We’ve tried to add users to boards to collaborate but keep getting message that they must be added to team by team admin.Is it possible for a board owner to invite another company user from different team and grant edit rigths to that board without having to add as a member to the Team? Robbie

My teammate created a board as a content owner, and later she deleted it. However it still shows on my dashboard. I want to delete it but we’re on a free plan so I can’t do it myself. Any help?
Noob question here. I’d love to build some semantic “smarts to my use of miro. For instance: When I move a sticky Note (or some other shape inside of a column, shape with a label of developmentThen my web plugin would tag the sticky note as being in development and the current date
If I open the same board more than once, e.g. in two browser windows, I just wondered how this appears to other users? Does it indicate on my profile icon I have it open more than once? And I wondered what happens when I switch from one to the other, assuming I’m looking at two different areas of the board, do other users just see my cursor fly from one side of the board to the other? I would like to create cards using API and then make it ‘jira cards’ so that they can be tracked later on. Is this possible?I’ve checked how jira cards look like using api, but it seems that there are no custom fields or any metadata which would point jira plugin to related jira issue.Is there any way to manipulate jira plugin via api?

This is about a web-plugin feature, and maybe there already exists a solution or workaround, so I’m reposting it here, slightly reworded. Sorry for the duplication.--------------------------------I’m looking for a way to display “toolbar panels”, i.e. small panels on the right of the toolbar, that display options for the selected tool, like the ones that are displayed when selecting the Pen tool, Shape tool, Frame Tool, etc. For now, miro.board.ui allows to display a library (.openLibrary) or a sidebar (.openLeftSidebar), but they are rather bulky for some simple use cases, and one cannot decide their size.Actually, it should be possible to decide of the height and width of the toolbar panel, as the example above they may appear in different sizes -- e.g. something like openToolbarPanel(“my-toolbar-panel.html”, { width: “56px”, h
I was cruising along and all was well… when all of the sudden the select tool stopped working as usual. For some reason ( while in mouse navigation mode ) left clicking the canvas alway uses the Pan Tool rather than drawing a selection box as expectd. So.. Select the selection tool or push V on the keyboard while in mouse navigation mode click on canvas holding down the button and dragging instead of dragging out a selection box the tool mysteriously changes to the Pan Tool and pan’s the keyboard???Previously I would use space bar to pan the keyboard. Now it’s just broken? Thanks for your help in advance.
I was paying for a consulting plan. Miro at some point created several boards itself, in an ‘Explore Miro’ project it also created itself, to give an overview of the plan.I cancelled my plan and downgraded to the free plan, which keeps 3 boards editable.Only the 3 most recently created Miro boards can be edited -- any board I actually created is now view-only. Is there any way to instead get 3 of the boards I created editable under the free plan?
Hi everyone!I have been having issues with sticky notes. Somehow when I add them to some frames on my board they do not stick - even though they used to before. To my knowledge, I did not change any of the settings (maybe by mistake if thats even possible). Has anyone experienced this issue?The frames are in “freeshape” mode. Thank you!
I tried to login from different browsers using laptop but the dashboard didn’t load, I cleared the cash, use incognito mood, uninstalled chrome but the issue still exist since one week
Hello, I’m a teacher and yesterday my student had trouble hearing the audio of a youtube video I embedded on the Whiteboard. FYI I embedded the video by just copying and pasting the link straight onto the board. He could hear the audio slightly but it was very quiet at his end. Hello, I am getting this error “You can't delete parent node, when child nodes are in editing mode" when I try to delete one of my cards on the User Story Map. What does that mean? How can it get back from “editing mode”?

Hello,We are looking to integrate creating and displaying MIRO boards in SharePoint Online. It looks like MIRO doesn’t allow cross domain REST calls(CORS security) from the browser. We are looking to create a web application in Azure to be a proxy. Is there any Azure articles/apps already created for MIRO proxies that can help us get started? Thank you,Mike
When using `Editable boards for not registered users`, when I click on “Create Board”, I am getting an alert message saying “miro.com says Something went wrong” and in my console I get 2 errors`DOMException: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'Window': Response object could not be cloned.``Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'Window': Response object could not be cloned.` It works fine for users that have already registered with Miro.
