I tried to login from different browsers using laptop but the dashboard didn’t load, I cleared the cash, use incognito mood, uninstalled chrome but the issue still exist since one week

Can you try via the Miro desktop app?

@Marwa Saeed - I would also ask: If the issue only occurs on this specific laptop, is this laptop configured to connect to the Internet through a VPN (Virtual Private Network)? (which is often the case if the laptop is a corporate machine).
