Hi,

I created a board - have linked different sections and parts of my board.

Everything works fine.

Every link does what it should. But  … when I create a template out of my board  the links are absolute:
They open the old board which I used for creation of the template.

How can I make that the links only work inside of the board seperately inside my template without going into my old board …

Best

Michael

… additional:

I need the link underlined like an Internetlink this way:

and not this way:

is this possible for a template creation?

Michael

@mlanders -

@Robert Johnson had responded to a few posts on odd link behavior with templates so might be worth reviewing those to see if there’s an answer for you:

@Kiron Bondale :

Thank you - this brings really clearness in my brain BUT it also shows what is necessary for a future update - links shoud always work the same like they are working with this “messy” / “ugly” little blue arrow but they should be visible like we know links from the Internet: underlined - without this arrow!

@Kiron Bondale - Thanks for referencing these posts.

@mlanders - Here is another post that I believe answers your question. In summary, "underlined" links (created using the link icon) remain absolute and are not updated in templates or duplicated boards.

@Robert Johnson Thanks Robert …

Hope this will change in some near future …
