Hey,We are building an integration similar to Miro → Slack integration.I’m looking for an option to deliver notification functionality into our integration. I know you can get notified when someone mentioned you in the comments or when someone comments on a thread you follow.I went through Miro API, but I could not find any webhooks or info related to comments on a board. Is it possible to create such a feature? Thank you!
I just started with miro, and there seems to be a tutorial, and it won’t vanish. A blok box at the button says ”Left click and drag to move” , and even when I do so it won’t go away. Also, most items are geryed out. WHat is going on?
I’ve just joined a team who uses Miro. I need to be the admin of these boards so that I can manage the board, however the administrator user has left the business. He was the only admin.As I’m not a licensed user (because I can’t transfer the licence) I can’t even contact the support team.Does anyone know how I can solve this please? Hello all,I am in the process of implementing the Miro product for our org and I have been trying to track down information on local account security for those who can’t use SSO to authenticate.I am interested in if there is any configurable or default settings for password complexity and/or the ability to expire passwords based on age and force the user to change them.I have checked all the FAQ etc and can’t find anything on this topic.
Dear fellow Mironeers, we are an educational institution and have been working intensively with Miro since the pandemic. Since we have accumulated a number of accounts and projects, we are in the process of restructuring. We have the following question: is there a possibility to transfer complete accounts or projects to another account? Or must each board be moved individually? Does anyone know how to export a Miro board to a different file type (e.g. PDF)? I don’t have the export function next to my Miro board name at the top left and I believe this may be the export function. I don’t know how to enable this function. Any help would be really appreciated.

Dear Community. I have questions about colour accuracy within the miro app: Does the miro app supply colourmanagement for images? Here my test: Two identical images showing red, green and blue. each colour at the max of 255. Both saved as JPGs, only difference, the colour tag. One “AdobeRGB(1998)”, the other “sRGB”. When compared in two windows on one screen within Photoshop, you should see: (R/255. G/0. B/0) Red sRGB is darker than AdobeRGB(1998)(R/0. G/255. B/0) Green sRGB is paler than AdobeRGB(1998) (R/0. G/0. B/255) Blue sRGB is almost the same to AdobeRGB(1998). Unfortunately, when displayed in miro, the colours all appear the same. Maybe I got something wrong, if not: Dear miro.sooii group produces (virtual/CGI) images and we discuss their development and post production via miro. Due to the subject, colours are important. Hi - I just signed up for a free account and I want to show my team what I did to confirm we want to use this tool before I spend a ton of time setting up my board.But, the share button is grayed out. Why is this? Can I share with a free account?And, I cannot get out of my board to the dashboard. I have watched a bunch of videos, but still cannot figure this out. Thank you!

Hi there,we are using Jira Cards extensively in planning events. In the end, we come up with a set of Jira cards in specific areas of a MIRO board which are planned for s specific timebox or milestone.Currently, I manually create lists of the Jira Cards based on where they are put on the MIRO board. It would be very nice to have a possibility to create such a list automatically or even have a filter available in Jira which returns all the issues for which there is a card in a specific region on a board.Is there anything like this available?Thanks!
I am a product designer, and we have been using Miro to present and review users journeys with various members of the team, from product owners and copywriters to devs. Until recently, we didn’t have any issues exporting Sketch files to Miro, but for a little while now, it’s become virtually impossible to export anything, due to the maximum 8192x4096 pixels/30mb file size. Most of our journeys are long and complex, so the artboards are larger than this almost every time, which means that what use to take 20 seconds now requires so much toing and froing, it’s hardly worth the effort. Is there a way round this? Or are there any suggestions on what to do? I have tried exporting large artboards as SVG, but this sadly distorts the elements on the artboard, so is not really an option.

Hi, I have a question: is it possible to share a specific board view with my team?So: we have a very large board and I have added a frame with content somewhere. i want to send a link to the team ‘look I have added content here’ such that if they open the link they will see the newly created content and not the default view of the board.Is that possible? Hello, I am new on Miro, and I am trying to copy paste text from a powerpoint slide to a Miro card into the description. Control-C / Control-V does not work. I know how to copy paste text as a note, but then, I still don’t get the text into my Miro card, where I need it.Thanks for your help.Björn
Hi there!I run a small branding agency, and I was invited by a client to join their team on Miro.However, now that I’ve joined I’d like to set up my own team profile with my own project and boards fully separate of the team that I’m on with my client.I can’t figure out how to do this.If I say I want to create another team it says I have to sign-up for a paid plan. So am I correct in assuming that to do so, I’d have to leave this team with the client, create my own team and projects and then ask the client to add me again as a guest member?Or is there another way perhaps?Thank you everyone!Alex

Recently I’ve started using miro for a student project and after a few uses all of the images displayed on my board have been inverted. Any help or guidance with this issue would be much appreciated.
Will I be charged if I invite an external user by email?Also, can invited external users edit the board?We are currently inviting external users to edit with URL links.I was told "I want to check the change history", so when I looked up the method, it seems that it can be used by users invited by email.However, I'm not sure if it's free for users invited by email.The problem is that you can't edit it even if it's free.I don't want to use the 1day pass.Please tell me the detailed person.
Hallo ZusammenIch möchte den Presentation Mode nutzen, um mehrere Frames hintereinander (ähnlich wie Powerpoint) anzuzeigen. Aktuell funktioniert das aber nur, wenn ich auf den Vorwärts bzw. Rückwärts Pfeil klicke. Nutze ich den Presentation Mode bleiben manche Frames halb hängen. Seht unten Ganz am Anfang vor ca. 2 Monaten hat es noch tipp-topp geklappt und ich war ganz happy. Jetzt bleibt es immer hängen. Was muss ich ggf. bei den Frames beachten? Ich habe den Browser auf 100% eingegestellt und auch schon verschiedene Browser versucht.
