Hello, I’m a teacher and yesterday my student had trouble hearing the audio of a youtube video I embedded on the Whiteboard. 

FYI I embedded the video by just copying and pasting the link straight onto the board. 

He could hear the audio slightly but it was very quiet at his end. 

Any insights into how I could fix this would be most helpful
