Issue inviting members from other Company teams to my Board

Hi,

We’ve tried to add users to boards to collaborate but keep getting message that they must be added to team by team admin.

Is it possible for a board owner to invite another company user from different team and grant edit rigths to that board without having to add as a member to the Team?

What Miro plan are you on? With Business or Consultant plans, using day passes, you can have “non-team” members accessing boards. The other alternative would be to use the Anonymous Guest Editor access method. Other than that, you’d be adding them to your team.

Yes, sorry I should have mentioned we are on an Enterprise Plan with Free,Free Restricted or Full licence options, no day passes. Our initial understanding was that eg you have Team A and Team B that Team B board owner could invite Team A member to their board and grant edit rights without having to give them Team B membership. This is the question.
