Hi there,I’m having trouble transferring my boards to a new account as the “old” account is already blocked.My Education plan expired and is blocked, and now I have gained a new Education plan but with a new E-Mail Address.As the “old” account is already blocked, I’m now not able to transfer (via sharing option) all the boards to the new account.Is there any way to make this work? How do I get rid of the + button. It makes it impossible to select elements on my board that are adjacent. I am on the browser version. Thank you.
I cannot access any features or options when I enter Miro. I am only faced with this window, which cannot be clicked away. Can’t press escape, can’t do anything. The ONLY thing I seem to be able to do is request access for existing boards.So what if I want to create a new private personal board? Can’t do that? Why not? Didn’t Miro developers think that was a possibility? What am I missing? I already hate Miro.Wow Miro really boosting and empowering me today.
Miro is randomly switching on my microphone despite me never intentionally using it in this particular webiste intentionally. I am using Safari, MacBook Air M2. I can’t even say how much that concerns me. In my free time I am a Russian anti-war activist in exile, and nowing that Miro has Russian origin concerns me a lot in that sense. I am a fan of Miro for many years, but these security issues may very fast lead me not only to loose any desire to use the product, but also to consider other types of actions. I require a solution.
We use the planner (program board) for our quarterly planning and the team augments with stickies & other things. If we close a sprint after planning, it is automatically removed from the planner next time it syncs. Is there a way to disable this for a single board?

I’ve used Chrome, Safari, and the Mac Desktop app, and in each I experience the same text alignment issue: many text blocks are cut off and I’m forced to go in and delete and re-type a letter to reset the alignment. I noticed another topic in the help center was marked as resolved a year ago, but that doesn’t appear to be true…

I have been building a swimlane diagram with lots of nodes and connection lines. All lines are currently the elbow type. I’ve noticed when I close the diagram and open it later (even after logging out of Miro), the lines are stretched very high or very low….not at all where I left them. They are still connected to the correct node, but this is making the diagram difficult for developers to follow. I’ve even locked the lines and that has not solved the problem. I’m finding myself spending too much time re-sizing lines. Any ideas how to solve this?

I am really stuck on my delivery of the content of one specific board!The frames of the board are populated with a mix of standard Miro components and (cropped) images.When exporting more than one frame (in best quality) results in a PDF with changing (each time) mix of normal, empty and partial empty pages.I tried another similarly populated board, it did not have this problem I tried copying my frames to an other board, had same problem I tried exporting one of the failing frames it worked fine I tried exporting in low quality, fineI am using an SSO enterprise account, if that might influence your answer. Assistance appreciated,

Hi, We’re an Enterprise customer. I’ve been asked some questions around data security and privacy recently and so I decided to take a look around at the features which Miro offer. I came across the help section around Enterprise Guard in the help pages and I was wondering if this was an additional license or something? I don’t see the roles or some of the settings. It’s not clear in the help who gets this feature.
When I load a Board in Miro’s Windows Desktop App (quite a bit of content, sidenote… a Feature Request would be to report Memory Size of a Board in the Details Dialogue Window) it takes forever.But the same Board in the Edge Browser takes no time.Anyone experiencing this?
Hey guys,I created a local Miro app (at localhost:3000) where I have an Add a sticky button. If I press the button, nothing will happen. There are no errors in the browser console. I tried pasting this code to the console: await miro.board.createStickyNote({ content: ‘Hello, World!’,});but it wouldn’t do anything either.Am I missing something?
Hello! I have a problem with my video chat. I have a Business subscription and when I start the video conferencing, my guests don’t hear me and see. What is more, when I try to reload the page or app, then I can’t even join the video. Can anyone help?🙏🏻
Hello All,Today, when I logged on to my account all my canvases had disappeared. The ‘All boards’ page looks as if it has been reset. Any ideas on how I can bring back my canvases, please. Hi, I need the excel extraction from all the changes that happens to my boardis that possible?
I’m relatively new to Miro. I like Present mode that allows me to cycle through frames as “slides”. In a Zoom meeting, I select Share Screen, and pick the Miro browser window. I enter “Present” mode in Miro… Participants are still seeing the full board, not the slide I’m presenting.How can I get the Miro presentation visible to Zoom participants via Share Screen?
Board owner is on leave. The board members are only able to view the board. The board member would like to take over the ownership to manage the board during board admin’s absence. What is the possible way to work this around?Thank you
