Hi, since today my miro home in the app is blocked by the announcement of canvas 24 which means i can not open any boards. I have tried opening boards over links, which works, but every time I click the home button again I land on the canvas 24 announcement. I tried to register for the event because I thought maybe thats the trick but also did not work.. Hello!Can I buy one Miro License and then add 50+ members to view the board or just add content to it ?I do not wish to give editable rights to my members.

Hi,I made a workshop board in Miro for a workshop TOMORROW, and the presentation mode doesn’t work. We have a basic subscription, so it’s possible to invite people without an account to edit the board, but when I (the presentator) move around in the board in presentation mode, the participants don’t follow. Which I thought was the idea of presentation mode. There is also a part in the workshop, where I present some frames, and also there the participants don’t follow the frames if I click through them.I might find some workaround with sharing my screen but I think it might be confusing to switch between the shared screen miro and the “own” miro.

I made a desktop frame and put it over my board. When I try to delete the frame, it deletes everything inside. I don’t see any way to ungroup everything from the frame. How do I do this without deleting all my work? The stake: it messed up the formatting for my entire board. 

Every time I attempt to add this email to our board as a guest, it kicks me back to the confirmation window. Just about everyone else invited doesn’t have an issue. Is this a bug? Or is there something that I’m missing? This space is on a business account. Edit: Embed replaced for privacy. Enjoy this episode of taskmaster.

I was able to follow the instructions to import my first chart from LucidCharts but when I went to do another the import button has disappeared. Anyone know a way to get it back?

Hi Miro Community,I’ve paid for a year of the Starter Plan with two seats and have the receipt, however, the upgrade hasn’t taken place yet. I’m unable to contact the Miro team directly because the system still has me in the Free Plan, so I’m stuck. Can anyone advise?Thanks,Todd

The Canvas promotion prevents me to go to my boards. I don’t have a clue how to close it, super inconvenient. How can I get to my work quickly? Please help.(using the windows desktop app)

After trying to register, I get this message. Everything was working fine a couple of days ago.

Miro sent me a email and link to extend my Educational Plan but that link doesn't work and there's no indication of how to get help.  Anyone have ideas?

Now, I want to expand my team with 1 more tutor who will be added to my team on Miro.She is also Ukrainian, but doesn't have a premium access. Please tell me, is there a chance for her to get a free premium just by joining my team? What else do I need to do for her to get a free premium?

I have a bunch of existing diagrams and I’m trying to modify one of them right now. Every time I click on an element, the “Try New Miro Diagrams” dialog steals focus. I clicked ‘Not Now’ and that makes it go away until the very next time I click an element.After 10 times, I thought to give it a shot, but when it converted my canvas to a diagram, it deleted about half the elements and destroyed all the existing work. Non-starter.  So, how can I make ‘Not Now’ mean either “Not Ever” or at least “Not for another month”?  This box has already doubled the amount of time I’ve had to spend on these updates since it steals focus every action.

Background removal is working, but displaying incorrectly.I’m using Miro to remove the background from an image; this is working, but the transparency grid is now displaying. I curved the corners on another image and the same issue occurs. I did not have this issue yesterday! Wondering what is up and if this will be fixed.  

Miro won’t let me name my boards. I tried to duplicate a board and change the name, but I got a warning saying, “The ‘title’ argument contains inaaporpriate content.”For reference, I am trying to use this title: FA25 Part 2.2 Process Work. I have been using this naming convention with almost all of my boards for the past five years.If I try to change the name from “Untitled,” it ultimately does not get saved as the new name. It just goes back to “Untitled.”Is this a software issue or am I doing something wrong?

Almost daily now when I make edits to my boards, I will create an object, type text, or create a connecting line from one object to another and then the action reverses/deletes as if I never did it. The issue is isolated to the single action I’ve done (i.e. it only deletes the exact 1 last action I did, not undoing multiple actions).A few details:Using a MacBook Pro 2020 with Ventura OS (up to date on version) Using Safari Browser (side note: Is Chrome better for using Miro?) Currently have a paid “Business” account. Is there a chat or contact I should reach out to for this issue? 

I’m stuck on loading screen, can’t access it from multiple browsers and from incognito mode. This is happening for the home screen, I can’t do anything with Miro.It happens also in the desktop app. No errors in the network tab, in console only a few warning logs:What can I do to fix the issue?

Hi. I’m a private tutor and give most of my lessons online. I’m thinking about switching to Miro, and I’m trying to find the best way of achieving what I’m looking for.As an example, let’s say I have three students, called Alice, Bob, and Charlie.I would want to create a folder for Alice, a folder for Bob, and a folder for Charlie.Every time I have a lesson with Alice, I would want to create a new board in the ‘Alice’ folder. Similarly for Bob and Charlie. (I imagine that creating a new board for every lesson would prevent lag).I would want Alice to have full access to all the boards in the ‘Alice’ folder (including editing permission), but I wouldn’t want her to have access to the boards in the other students’ folders.If I then acquired a new student called David, I would want to be able to easily create a new folder for David, without having to pay extra or modify my plan.Would this type of arrangement be possible in Miro? Which plan do you think best suits my needs?Many thanks!

I’m a Team Admin, but needs to figure out how billing was calculated. I suppose that there is some other team created which contains other people therefore we have more seats in the bill then in the our team. And looks like nobody knows who is company admin. I need at least to send email to his account to reach out. How that can be done?
